First gen bikes have always had their issues with little things and parts availability.

Based on what I know about the 2023 models, I'm sticking with the current 2021 450, and I'll probably pick up a 2022 to get me through next racing year.

Somebody want a clean 2018 350?

Hi Brent, beautiful looking pair of bikes. Unfortunately i'm in the UK so will struggle to buy your 350. I am interested in where you got the graphics made for it though. Are they custom? Currently my 17 is running OEM graphics/plastics (only 20hrs) and I'm finding it hard to get a set of graphics that are not to busy and maintain a clean look just as yours do. Are you also running flo plastics? Thanks!
Might be these?

New frame or motor? Normally enduro models come year behind.

New head, new rear shock, new frame and everything. That’s pretty exciting, can’t wait to hear the changes. Good pictures

I stand corrected, can’t believe you guys spotted those changes in that first pic but they are very apparent in those pit pics. Surprised to see a updated exc with the tradition of them being updated the year after the SX?

Hope that bike will be as revolutionary as the 2016 and 2017 ktm were.

Thanks for the pics! Big changes to the frame. Shock tower is a cast iron part.
Anybody any info on the shock? Seems to have hi-low-speed comprssion AND rebound.

The shock is probably a new super trax.

The shock is definitely a Pro component, nothing that will come on the stock bike.

A lot more cast iron parts (shock tower, all die engine mounts) welded to the frame than on the previous ones.

The aluminium part above the shock is an adapter to mount the old subframe.
New subframe should look a lot more like the new honda ones, with the attachment points moved to the outside.

Front motor mounts could be used with different engine sizes? There are second holes for 450cc engine in same frame so they need to make just less different products.

Some one mentioned this on a pulp pod probably Keefer, That you would be able to put 250,350 or 450 motor in the same frame with no alterations

it almost looks like it has a composit frame. i know its probably not it but it would be different.

The newer shock tower vs the current gen. Looks like it will block access. At least with the current more tube design you can reach through the openings.

I doubt access will be a problem.

KTM generally are good with features that make working on their bikes easier than most other manufacturers.

Looks like an asymmetrical top subframe mount pair, to have access to both, from the RH side.

That top mount goes well away , in structural terms, from the flex capabilities of the recent years 'outrigger and two tubes' top mount set up. It's a PDS bike, so it will be interesting to see if they use the new solid mount for the linkage bikes.

It's, all up, a Huge change with that 250 - an Very different, new generation engine, that , I assume, is also the basis for the 350s.

The new shock (of course, it will be different from that unit shown) , with a conventional lower eye instead of a clevis is something I might snaffle from a modifier / blinger when the new bikes come out. I can machine up a new lower mount for my PDS'd 500 ( I made my conversions' mount a bolt in) to fit one.

A fair few people will like the, what looks like, counter sunk Chain Guide mount bolts, and what looks to be more substantial mounts .......... Whistling

The 450 has been a single cam.
