Why did he depart Geico Honda? Is it true he wanted to sell the shop and have an east coast shop and got shot down?

I'd like to know about that last year with Suzuki, both the bike and the company, and what it was like working with Rockstar, then the first year with KTM. There's a two year period in there where things were falling apart with Suzuki/Rockstar and then getting the KTM where it needed to be. I imagine it was a difficult period with some second guessing, but when did he know he had turned the corner?

His favourite race ever? Favourite bike? Worst bike.
What skill/attribute as a rider did he wish he had that he feels he lacked? What does he feel was his best skill/attribute?

The answer to that is a hard no. Those guys train day in and day out just like the pro bike guys do.

But they are on quads, which makes it infinitely easier...ever see a quad national track? Two lines on the whole thing...tops (sarcasm)

See if you can pry any Geico info out of him. Also curious if he is broswith Villopoto now.

sounded that he really wanted to ride again.
If no team had a place for him, why didn´t he buy bikes and do it...
Alot of "normal" people can buy a bike or bikes and go ridning.
Years goes bye.. even for him. if he really want to ride he has the money to do it.
ask him

Why wouldn't you ask him similar questions that you would find appropriate to ask other retired MX/SX racers? What's a "normal Same question?" So don't ask him what he's doing now? Don't ask him if he misses racing or what life is like without it? Don't ask him how he got started in MX? What he thought about his different managers, teams, bikes and competition? What questions would you ask him that's NOT a "normal Same question?"....Do you like to get drunk now, like RV? What's your sex life like?Dry

Does he think he would have won more races or titled if things had worked out so he could have continued on with Suzuki instead of rebuilding his program and developing the ktm?

What did he really think of going to the MXdN for several years when the streak of USA ”not winning” started and went on?

What are his plans to take the next step for his coffee business and reach a wider part of the market, to expand outside of just the motocross community? Is his goal for the company to reach a mainstream level? Has he spoken to Ryan Villopoto at all about the Urban City brew? Will RV have some RD coffee in stock at any point?

More about the coffee; did he taste test it, or what was his involvement in the different blends?

Well....that IS the only question that I've seen here that fits the not a "normal Same question" category.
Yes, I would answer that with a resounding NO!...he would get smoked.

When Tomac beat you in Vegas, were you trying to race him, let him crash you, or ride slow?

Not really sure if it’s been asked but what’s his biggest regret of his career. Obviously he’s a pretty positive guy so that may be a different side. Admittedly he was “the guy” I rooted for. I think he was the one of this sports best examples of class on and off the track, but I’d like to hear what he would’ve done different, given the chance.

If Brady and you were in a room, would one of you still emerge as clean or not?

Why did he go into rollerball mode during sx for a few rounds? Seemed like it worked....

How bad was that last big injury? Does he still suffer from it?

Years ago on a practice day at Lake Geneva on my KX 250 a guy on a quad starts catching me so I ramped it up and had to go faster than I wanted to to keep him behind me but there was no way I was letting him pass lol . Neither of us were pros obviously but this just reminded me of that.

If he got an offer from Suzuki when he was looking to come back and assuming the bike, program and pay would be up to his standards - would he have taken it?

Really good question. It was so sudden...and so hush-hush. He seemed to much "all in" on the Geico deal, then suddenly "all-out". He might have signed an agreement not to talk about it though...but I hope he can finally shed some light on that.

Honestly how bad was the first factory KTM 450 he rode compared to the suzuki he was winning on ?
and how good was the 2015 bike ?
How much did he and Roger improve the bike to get it back to winning SX titles ?

he wont answer it straight up, pretty sure if my memory's right it was bought up on pulp interview a while ago and was just waffle waffle. even with an agreement he can still do a walk around like Davis locker on pulp.

He will avoid any question that the answer is even slightly opinionated. So good luck. Like cablecable said, waffle waffle waffle.
