Tomac did choke tonight. The end result wasn’t so bad, but he did choke. Got an ok start, made a stupid attempt at a pass and fell, AFTER pissing Barcia offf, then as he came through the pack he looked like a rookie when racing Web. The points don’t who it but this was a horrible race for Tomac.

He didn’t choke, he crashed. If this was 2017 he would have fumbled around and probably not have even cracked the top ten; that is choking! He rebounded well after the mistake and salvaged a lot of points.

To be fair, anyone that passes Barcia pisses him off lol. He’ll immediately go for a dirty pass or take out when he gets passed.

Webb tried to get in his head from the very beginning. Barcia got in his head too and caused the clean out on Baggett. Now he’s got an enemy in Baggett. This championship is gonna be tough for him to get it. But hey it’ll make it that much sweeter if he gets it done.

this race was far from any choke , he made a mistake trying to overtake Bagget ..reset ...and got back all the way to 4th
Tomac from last year would have got a 10th or so and lost many points .Looks like Eli finally got his weakpoints sorted
, just look at his starts last weeks . Dont know about banging bars with Barcia or Bagget is a smart move , in past he always managed to pass them without touching them.Nothing wrong with being a bit agressive , but like last night it can end up crashing both .

Many times people ask what does Barcia gain fighting so hard for a position. This is one thing, other guys get nervous around him. Im not saying it's always smart from Barcia though.
