a legend in my opinion is if the persons body of work draws emotion out of multiple people whether good or bad.
Indeed, the legend status for me is a rider we will never forget. So there are many. Example, Guy Cooper. 0 or 1 main event win, but his style was so beautiful to watch that people will always remember him.
