WTF is going on here ! A finale without Vegas and a second round in St Louis ? Fire the guy in charge
St Louis the second round is just plain stupid but Sam Boyd stadium is a dump out in the middle of nowhere so I would rather have the season final on the west coast than Vegas. I like Salt lake but I am sure they will have a low rider turn out as the last race, same thing happened to the first Denver SX in 96 low rider turn out and McGrath finally lost a race the week before so no perfect season and it was a last second replacement for what should have been Salt Lakes first SX but the canceled it and sent it to Denver .

Wasn't the St Louis round virtually empty last year?

I feel sorry for the privateer low budget teams with how the first few rounds are running.

The privateer and low budget teams can skip St Louis and stay on the west coast, its not worth the trip for them anyway. They can run the races close to them and pick and choose the best races.
Privateers and low budget teams still have sponsors that expect them to be at all the races.

You know who the winner is here? The German SX Series promoters who have struggled to get privateers to skip the 2nd round the series to run their finale. This just made that decision for the riders much, much easier.

Fun day for Vital. We have people from both sides of the pond sobbing in our Wheaties over the 2020 schedules in not only the SX series, but MXGP. It is a conspiracy!!

They might as well pull the Seattle SX in earlier in the series as well, it makes as much sense as the rest of it, and we can't blame Giuseppe greed or ignorance for the well thought out SX schedule.

But when west coast guys ride the east cost series it kind of defeats the purpose. I think it should be one series just like the 450 class.

Can’t wait to have the season finale in a state where drinking is damn near illegal!
what you lack in alcohol there you can compensate with incest and polygamy tho.

Damn, one race in the Northeast. Cali gets moto all year round, why bother to have so many indoor races there?

Anyone have time to add up the miles to drive to each round? 2019 vs 2020 then we can estimate the fuel cost.
Total miles starting from Angel Stadium.

2019: 18,594 miles.

2020: 20,060 miles.

They'll drive 1,466 more miles next year.

Edit: For those of us that use kilometres.

2019: 29,924.14 km.

2020: 32,283.44 km.

They'll drive 2,359.30 more kilometres next year.

Just when l think the people that run this sport couldn't any fucking dumber, they prove me wrong.

Coupled with our new "amazing" nationals TV package where l had to watch three different channels for four motos in my mind it's time to dump the self appointed smart guys at the top that are running the sport into the ground.

What a complete shit show for a schedule. Dumb, dumb, dumb.

Just fucking stupid. A1 to St louis??? Talk about a waste of money not to mention How damn cold it will be! How do you not have vegas as the final race. That place is made for it. There has to be some big reason for this cause it makes no logical sense.
I would guess it's Raiders Stadium related?.. But I agree feels wrong that the final is not LV..

So does that make the US nationals a world championship as well?

From the presser on Racerx:

"Supercross features the world's most elite athletes chasing their dreams onto U.S. soil inside America's most well-known stadiums. Three first-time champions, Cooper Webb (450SX Class), Dylan Ferrandis (Western Regional 250SX Class) and Chase Sexton (Eastern Regional 250SX Class) will be eager to defend their titles against the rich field of Jason Anderson, Marvin Musquin, Eli Tomac, Chad Reed, Ken Roczen, Justin Barcia, Adam Cianciarulo (250SX Class), Justin Cooper (250SX Class) and Austin Forkner (250SX Class)."

Scheduling stupidity aside, anyone else catch the part about AC being in the 250 class?

The last St Louis round was a day race in 2018 I believe. I haven’t been for a few years but being only an hour and a half away I will probably hit it.

I think the goal is to miss the football stadiums till at least the super bowl. Not sure what happened with Vegas, is Sam Boyd getting demolished? Maybe that’s the reason?
7/9/2019 3:00pm
Getting depressed reading that schedule. Can we just be like MXGP and have an all out doors series.

Not having the finale in Vegas is completely stupid, I hope they have a great reason for this change. I was planning a trip next year to my first finale, doesn’t look like that’s happening now. Just doesn’t seem like the Vegas supercross will have the same atmosphere being a regular event. At least have the finale in Nashville or New Orleans.
