20 bucks says Ralph brings this up as a talking point during one of the broadcasts like it's a good thing.
Somebody is bound to lose their wallet on one of those trips, so you're probably right

Not having the finale in Vegas is completely stupid, I hope they have a great reason for this change. I was planning a trip next year to my first finale, doesn’t look like that’s happening now. Just doesn’t seem like the Vegas supercross will have the same atmosphere being a regular event. At least have the finale in Nashville or New Orleans.
If there is one thing I know FELD tried to do was work out going to Vegas for the finals, but the new stadium will not be ready, and something is up with Sam Boyd.

Maybe one of the locals can chime in.

Jumping from Anaheim to St Louis? Is St Louis east or west? If east that’s gonna wreak havoc on 250 teams with hurt riders

It sure was, nobody showed up. Mostly because they didn't have a race in St Louis last year.......There was one the year before though

I'm pretty sure it's a violation of the Constitution for the SX series to not end in Vegas. Just sayin.

I live in Utah and I think it's dumb that Vegas isn't the final round, I wonder who made that decision.

Anaheim-St Louis-Anaheim and Denver-Foxborough-Vegas really screw the smaller teams and privateers.

I am baffled by the last round not in Vegas. Makes no sense. Wonder why that happened except for money. Vegas was perfect for last round.
Maybe will go back. Sure there is a good reason.

Yeah I've been to Vegas 3x (2012 no one healthy, 2016 mudder and the epic 2017 Zacho + bunching) but I would not go for just a regular round. Sam Boyd is a shithole, way out of town. The only charm it has is that it has been the final round. Save your pesos and go to A1 or A2 instead if you want to take in a west coast round. The triple crown A2 was pretty awesome in 2019, I might go again in 2020 once it's confirmed to be a TC. Still would like to hit Daytona one of these years, but the fan experience there seems to vary a lot. Some love it, some don't.

Happy to see Seattle is on the schedule again, odds of getting 2 years in a row of good March weather are very very low however.

There will not be anywhere in Vegas to host the finals in 2020.

UNLV has stated that the stadium will be closed once the Raiders stadium is opened for the 2020 season. It looks like it will be closing earlier than that though. I'm sure it will be demolished, it's a dump and we love to demolish property in Vegas..

There is probably over 100 acres of property there that could be developed. The cities of Las Vegas or Henderson do not have much land to build on. Because of the lack of available land, the property the stadium is located on is worth millions. I know it looks like there is a ton of property around Vegas but it is all federal land controlled by the BLM. Vegas property is expensive.

The supercross finals will return to Vegas in 2021 at the new 1.8 billion Raiders stadium.

I really liked the delayed start with 250 East. It certainly has benefits for injured riders that were scheduled for West, but as a fan I like seeing the momentum build in 250 West for awhile and then get a fresh group of riders for 250 East. I think mixing them up early per the 2020 schedule will sort of dilute the separation of the series and make us ask the question again about why separate series.

Sam Boyd likely is getting closed/demolished/prepared for demolition sometime in May. The new stadium will be open for the 2020 football season in August. I imagine the 2021 finale will be back in Vegas.

Sam boyd didn’t sell out when it was the finally and its a freaking college football stadium at best. Hell most of the people there are from California there to party for the final. Being a regular round, its going to be a ghost town. Can’t believe Houston gets the bump. Been decent crowd there for decades. Weird, really weird the way the scheduling goes down.

Getting depressed reading that schedule. Can we just be like MXGP and have an all out doors series.
Yeah, because they don't travel at all.

I mean, they’re still holding the race there, 7 days prior to the finale in Utah.

I wonder if that SX will be the last event held at Sam Boyd Stadium?

I feel sorry for the privateer low budget teams with how the first few rounds are running.

The privateer and low budget teams can skip St Louis and stay on the west coast, its not worth the trip for them anyway. They can run the races close to them and pick and choose the best races.
All the privateers should get together and boycott St. Louis. Would look funny with only 14 450 guys on the gate.
