If you do end up going with FC, you won’t be disappointed.

Had my '17 TC250 done by Enzo for $479 including return shipping. No springs needed though. Very satisfied.
front and rear?
Yes, front and rear. I do have twin chamber WP forks, but wouldn't expect much more for AER.

They replace a lot of the fork parts with the updated 18-19 parts (piston, air seal, etc) and install their AER upgrade kit. They add the bladder kit on the shock also. The regular revalve is $225 per end from FC plus wear parts. Adds up quick, but the work is excellent.

It's funny 10 k bike plus 3k for a Pipe and revalve. Nice

Do it yourself. The wealth of information that can be found on the internet is impressive. Thumpertalk is a good place to get good baseline knowledge. That's how i learned and was able to revalve forks and shock on a yz250f for $50. Once you get into your suspension you will understand just how easy it is.

They told me the same bs on my 2017 KTM. They make you upgrade to the 2018 parts, then they have this performance modification, and so.ething else they do plus a bladder conversion. I laughed. I used Total Control and did a KTech Spring conversion, revlaves, and springs for $1075 without shipping. I absolutely couldnt be happier.

By the time he adds his fork piston, his A48-R fork kit and his "tank" on the shock the price would most likely be close or more. That's if he doesn't sell you the Huck Valve he sells.

No one mentioned Powerband Racing? He's like "the" WP guy, no? Prices seem reasonable based on whats on the website.

I used to take my stuff to Enzo all the time , Will always said that he will make it better but the truth was that the suspension wasn't that much better on my yamahas and some time even went the other way. Cost me whole bunch of money and hrs drive every time to go there or go back to have it redone. I got tired of it and when I purchased my 18 Yamaha YZ450F I bought rear sprin for $100 and left it stock and best suspension ever.

That included a $100 lowering plate in the shock.
You mean 5 min on the lathe? Or the 50 cent plastic shims they use?

Not hating just saying they all gotta make money

It kinds does, if your local and it sounds like you are and their at a track they'll help you out for nothing. Plus their customer service is second to none. I'm running it on my 150 and 250xc with the upgrade kit, and bladder conversion and couldnt be happier. It wasnt cheap by any stretch but im happy and comfortable, and when i call they answer.

Seems maybe a little high but there's a reason WP suggest FC as authorized service centers. Doesn't FC service a lot of the amateur Husky/KTM riders before they get the "good stuff."

Maybe hold off on the bladder conversion and that could save you some money? Do update with the 18 fork piston components.

Don't forget these services after it's done. Just copy and pasted from their site. Nice selling point if you ever go to get rid of the bike.

REBUILD/UPDATE

Service does not stop after the original sale at Factory Connection! Our Rebuild / Update Program is designed to keep you in the most up-to-date Revalve settings we offer.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS. Once you pay for a FC Revalve Service from us, you never pay for a Revalve again on that suspension. All you pay is for a typical FC Rebuild Service. We will complimentary update your valving to the most current settings for FREE. Typically this saves YOU a minimum of $160.

WHY SHOULD YOU REBUILD / UPDATE?:

• Bike changes ownership

• Change from Off-Road to Motocross Settings

• Terrain changes, i.e. rider or bike relocated to a new environment

• Rider weight gain/loss or improved skill levels

Exactly. I've had 4 bikes done by FC, and each one was very good. Their customer service is awesome too.
You can always get someone on the phone to help you with any issues, tuning advice or questions.

I'll use them for my next bike.

Foregoing the Bladder Conversion saves you $150, Chad Newton @ Total Control told me the piston moves 4mm in that shock and that him and Jim Neese couldn't tell a difference in the stiction with or without it, but he would be glad to sell me one if I wanted it. They will also update valving when they service suspension thats been previously revalved.

FC is a cool brand name and all but at the end of the day suspension is the sum of the shims, springs, and oil. I think you can be really pleased with a local guy if you give them a chance.

The costs in this sport are insane. What would happen to lets say Honda or Suz or Kawi if they just did a in house re-valve on the bikes prior to selling them. Wouldn't that bike have an edge on the other brands? Might be a stupid question, so educate me.
