well, you DID admit that you didn't even watch it so I think that a statement of "You don't care about it" probably has some truth behind it.

It's almost like the guy had a job to do that involved the other events that day. God some of you need to lay off the tin foil.

Anyone get laptgmes of the 125's?

Still think it's ridiculous 125's are supposed to race against 250Fs and 250 2st against 450's. Be nice if that was finally updated.

It's cool, though I would rather see maybe younger amateurs I think. A 40 some odd year old David Pingree isn't going to turn this into an actual class/event. Cool to see a few of the retired champs like RV but if I'm being honest this race does nothing for me. It's neat. But that's about it.
You don't think it would be fun if there was a regular class like this that past stars could race in? Kind of like how golf has the Senior PGA tour.

I still can't get used to seeing RVs name on the Go-Pro but having a blue fender in front ....... just doesn't seem right.

Great video, cool looking event. I agree with brockster- can anyone post full results??

Does any one know what the lap times were for comparison against the 250f's?

OMG....I guess it's an age thing but I reckon most of us old guys started in the 1/8th liter class. That sound, constantly looking for lines that can carry speed...just awesome. This may have been an "exhibition" race but those guys didn't act like they were playing around. I dig it the most. Good job.

No complaints here, and more racing is always a good thing. Never heard of the guy that won, hope he gets offered a ride from one of the big rigs someday. Thanks Maverick, you're on point... always. Hey Vital Crew, put Mav on the payroll.

To be honest, no. I’m interested in current stars and on ocassion up and coming stars. Past stars are just that. The past. Sure, it’s cool to see RV shred on a two stroke. But that is about it. This will never be a class because most folks are not interested in watching retired riders race around a track trying to not get hurt. It’s a cool gimmick but will never be a serious race.

Just my opinion. Don’t expect it to be shared by all.

For a full serie i think the best way to go would be an age restricted 125cc serie as a 'minor league''serie where talent can be developed. And age restricted as in like 13-17 years old. I would think oem's would be willing to support riders in that serie.

anyway great addition to the event.

RacerX had one up comparing the winner to Osborne and 20th place Castelo. The kid that won was faster than Castelo...
