…and looked damn good doing it. I think come Anaheim he is in there with Hunter, Eli, Coop, and Justin. Chase hopefully is close to Jett. We’ll have to wait and see how well Chase wears green…. This could be the most competitive SX season ever(tic…since they always say that…history tells us Jett is usually the best, baring injuries , and others challenge from time to time…I hope it is more competitive)

I admit I was wrong to not cut the producers any slack when wind wreaked havoc on their satellite feed. And I totally understand the organizers’ decision to cancel due to lightning. I get it. But I reserve my right to kvetch about crappy production decisions! 😆 Edit: And the AMA has got to do something about the timing/scoring issues.

I remember when my kids were young and something like weather interfered with something they wanted and they would have a meltdown. You’d try explaining that it’s nobody’s fault, that nobody was trying to ruin their fun, but it was futile - they were going to be mad anyway. I can’t quite put my finger on why but I’m getting that same feeling.

Ft Walton was hammered worse by Ivan in 2004 than from Opal. We got lucky as hell when Helene shifted...
