I definitely could have misunder lol. All I am saying is I’ve been in the body building and power lifting world consistently for 15 years. Plus you can read it in any books. You are not adding more muscle fiber any faster than I stated. It isn’t humanly possible for muscle fibers to tear down and rebuild at that rate to do so. But you can gain weight and strength faster than that.

That would be adding size by filling with glycogen and water. That isn’t adding muscle. In the absolute perfect world, the most elite athletes in the world can only naturally add about 2lbs of muscle gain per month.

Props to Prado for steadfastly believing he was right no matter what people said, knowing his true capabilities and be willing to put his reputation on the line to prove it to himself. Well done young man.

I’ll eat my words on this one and have no problem wearing the egg. I was a fan before he came here, he lost me with how the Kawi deal went down but god dayum he might’ve actually gotten a dollar here for all the naysayers he proved wrong throughout this whole season. Power to the 2-6

I didn’t like his quitting last year, but it was necessary for Kawi to be like “yeah off you go, bye” Knowing he took a massive pay cut (millions) to go to KTM, that gained my respect, putting your money where your mouth is. He was the best guy in Moto 2 when it mattered today,

Jorge Prado is an incredible dirt bike rider.

I feel like Prado is going home with the W tonight.

From a potentially career ending injury to this within a year!

That’s the spirit! 🇺🇸 🤦🏼‍♂️

I'm shocked that Lotte is there, i just don't understand how that is a good idea with what i assume zero prep and experience on a SX style track. The risks are massive and what are the potential gains in this? Well anyways, i hope she's okay and i hope the other riders manage to get through this in one piece.

Herlings Ironman 2017.... Just ride whatever bike is available ffs

Gimmick series. Useless title.

When RC started I thought he was awesome cause to me it felt like I was watching the races with him shootin the shit.. but then it was like someone told him he needed to be more polished and professional and now we have what we have haha I feel like having James there relaxes him a little more and we get back closer to the early RC

Jace at Gypsy Tales had a take on the whole deal with Cooper/Deegan that I tend to agree with. It wasn't the love tap by Haiden and resulting fall that Webb was so pissed about. It was the fact that he felt betrayed by Deegs, who he honestly figured was his teammate & wouldn't do him that way, after he'd gone out of his way to be supportive of him in interviews and podcasts in the past. He saw it as total disrespect, and even voiced his opinion that Haiden had no respect for anybody. The hit wasn't a big...

I guarantee ypu Cooper will end his career with more championships than diaper boy.
