My dads biggest race so far

Edited Date/Time 7/14/2014 2:16pm
Hey guys, I just wanted to give a shoutout to my awesome, soon-to-be 42 year old father, who will be racing the Veteran GP at Uddevalla this weekend!! He's a member of this board, Mx_Pain, and has no clue I'm making this thread.

Would be pretty cool if we as Vitards could wish him some good luck for his biggest race yet, and for being a true inspiration and genuinely cool guy in the whole mx community of Norway!!!

Good luck, dad!

If that's your Dad pictured on the bike it looks like he doesn't need any luck...lol...He looks fast and stylish. I'll wish him luck and all the best for his upcoming race. Tell him to ride in his safe zone and remember to breath. Good of you to start this thread
for your dad. He must be very proud of you. Be safe and have a great weekend.

Thanks, mrquick! I'm working tomorrow, but will drive over there on Sunday bright and early so I can cheer for him.

He looks great on the bike indeed, and I can't wait to see him on Sunday!

This thread rocks! What I would give to look like that on a bike at 42.

Good luck to your dad. He's a boss!

Was gonna try and be a smart ass and post the pit board "breath" picture but couldn't find it, haha

But good luck to your pops. Hope all goes well and he enjoys himself and stays safe

Those shots look like a guy half his age! Good stuff. Good luck to your Dad. This kind of stuff makes my 55-year old ass motivated to keep on riding. Smile

Always......I mean always.....have to wish the VET's best of luck out there!

Your pops looks good on the bike man! You should be proud.....and he should be proud having a son who feels that way about him.

So....I say " Good luck " to both you guys when you're out riding your bikes!

Cool thread!

Hey Oracle, your dad looks awsome, my Dad doesnt ride, couldnt anymore if he wanted to ( 2 hip replacements ) but it is fantastic you are so proud and not ashamed to put it out there. So not just a shout out to your pops ( hope he tears it up ) but it great to see you proud of yours as I of mine.
