The Oracle Added a reply to Help with soundtrack from 2009 Crossing The Line
3/20/2025 2:11pm I think you might be right! That song definitely reminded me of the movie. I think it’s this one about the national Canadian series. https://youtu.be/1z3Z5Q1ayxc?si=LyUBSVSZ2n7qeeuw If I’m not mistaken it was the song playing during the riding part of the guy with a black RacerX Canada shirt. Man, that movie was great back then when I was 15 and waiting...

3/20/2025 5:27am Cheers! Not the one I was thinking of but definitely remember that. Great songs both of them mentioned! I think it was sort of slow-paced indie rock with a lot of drums, and the vocals was almost like he was singing into a speaker.

The Oracle Started a new thread Help with soundtrack from 2009 Crossing The Line
3/20/2025 12:38am Hey. Back in 2009 Destroyer Films released a motocross video called Crossing The Line. Used to have it on DVD but I can’t find it and I have had one of the songs melodies going on repeat in my head for a while but can not figure out what song it is. Does anyone have the DVD and is able...

sumdood Liked a reply to forum topic What do we do? Getting a 50, GAS or EBike?
7/22/2023 4:08am Electric makes a lot of sense, I voted for gas Austrian. But I'm old and like the idea of a "Real" ? haha engine over an electric motor. Electric bikes are too easy, it's more like a toy than a motorcycle. I think it's neat that young kids (used) to learn about gas engines and air filters and changing oil and starting it and the noise and smell, the whole deal. Learning about different power bands and gearing, changing exhaust pipes, changing spark plugs etc, learning about rpm's, wrenching on the thing, to me it's all part of the whole...

The Oracle Added a reply to UKRAINE
11/15/2022 3:10pm Early photos of the debris looks to me like a S-300 missile which is what the Ukrainians are using for anti air-defence. in case it was intentional from the Russians I could see two entirely different reasons for it: The only active power line from Poland to Ukraine is only 4-5 km away from the blast site. 15 targets relates...

4/3/2022 3:59am My reply on that youtube video; THE PROBLEM IS... "Bike Night" disrupts the other 99% of the community in these PUBLIC traveled roads and areas. Why should YOUR enjoyment, 1) effect the other 99%, 2) be illegal, 3) Is dangerous to unsuspecting drivers, 4) promote theft among the younger less fortunate wanna be riders who can afford a decent bike to play on. Real dirtbike riders HAVE to travel to Private land areas in order to legally ride, these people feel privileged and disobey all laws, which is a while another issue. Personally I am very disappointed in Monster Energy...

4/3/2022 3:57am What the hell are they doing? Promoting riding on the street with no helmets (not getting into the theft issue) when they sponsor pro Supercross at the same time? That's crazy. He's straight up talking about buying stolen bikes for $1500 at around the 4:15 mark.

3/23/2022 10:48am Thank you buddy. Everybody has a way of dealing with things. I personally would rather deal with the physical pain that might come from riding over my head, than what I felt mentally inside after suddenly losing my mom. I was a momma's boy and riding helped me get over the loss of her more than any overpriced shrink could. Everyone has different ways of dealing with and getting over things.

3/23/2022 10:48am Different people have different inherent skill, abilities, and mindsets. It's outside of Moto, but look at Alex Honnold. He was able to free solo El Capitan. One reason that he is able to do it is that his amygdala (part of the brain that controls fear response) doesn't respond the same way most people's respond. No matter how good a climber he was, if his amygdala response was "normal", he wouldn't be able to do all of the things he does. Same with dopamine. Some people require more stimulation to get a dopamine response. This means they have to push...

OC has been a staple of this forum since the beginning and continually contributes to the enjoyment of all around. Seriously, his post count is six times what mine is and this place is my job.
Scottie has fallen on hard times; as he's fighting some serious health problems and the 17th of this month will mark 37 years since his accident. Scottie needs some financial help to replace worn out parts on his wheelchair. As most...

Not saying it'd be easy, but with worldwide cooperation amongst UN and NATO nations, we can ride it out I have faith in America and American ingenuity.

3/11/2022 10:09am I saw it up close and in person at Club Moto back in the day. Kid could fly! Funny story I was at Club Moto back in the day on my 125 with a chick I had just started dating and trying to show off and out of no where I hear some bike coming screaming up on me. Sure enough it was Alessi on his 80, I promptly pulled off the track and started looking at the engine to save face. I ended up pushing the bike bike back to my truck and told her I blew the engine...

I wouldn’t see eye-to-eye with anyone that’s so far gone that they don’t understand what an “invasion” is nor do I think we're dealing with reasonable people on the opposing side of this.
