I'm pretty sure the AMA will make up the rules AFTER the race..., and claim that the rules were clearly stated at the riders' meeting back in 2012.
We were fortunate to get a suite. Very affordable when split between the group. No way I was sitting outside in the elements in Ohio in April. Could snow, be 90 degrees, 40 degrees or pour rain. You just never know what you're gonna get here.

Another challenge to get over saturated dirt made into a track. Track will probably be crap by the second moto…but weather during race will be okay.
could be all 3 in the same day. We have our Frog Togs so we will be ready for whatever is thrown our way.
They got the track built and tarped last night/early this morning. Corey posted the last update at 3am and it was almost all completely tarped. I’m sure they are still fine tuning some of those tarps. Those guys are amazing at meeting deadlines that are moving targets.
Those guys have pulled of countless show-saving miracles at this point. Maybe they can do it again.

With all the bitching that goes on here, we need to recognize when things are done really well. The track builders pull off logistics miracles on occasion to have these tracks prepared as well as they are. Tip of the hat!

Interesting. I would bet the Factory Team's would ask to cancel. They'd destroy $200,000 worth of motocross bikes. I "guess" Feld Entertainment or the AMA could revert back to a normal schedule if Biblical rains occur?
I do not feel bad at all for the factory teams. I see them throw away so much stuff thats still useable. I feel bad for the real privateers though.
I know it's still 3 days away and hopefully the forecast changes and the weather rolls in after the race is complete. But I wonder if QuadLock decides to have Deano sit out if it's a full on mudder. He isn't racing for points. It would cost the team a ton in parts to have him rolling around out there without even being able to tell who is who. Don't get me wrong, I want to see Deano out there. Just wouldn't be surprised if the team chose for him to skip out on a mudder.

NBC is showing a motorcross rally and the guy on the podium looks just like the guy that fixed your AC last week.
Going to get a good watering soon and its looking like another is headed that way too.
None of this really matters since the track was tarped early this morning and they’ll be pumping everything off throughout each day. The only rain that matters will be Saturday.
