Old and slow here. I need a bike which has most comfortable and stable chassis with not too much power. I have had a small ankle fracture and lack some hyperflexion(?) range from it compared to healthy ankle. I trust Sidi Atojos which have decent stoppers for flexion/extension. Garmin FR255. Very accurate GPS at least in here, cheapish with all necessary features. Strava or LitPro Basic for laptimes. Instead of watch, if you have old phone to attach in your bikes bar pad, you can use it for live tracking with sector times

I'm using my old cheap Garmin Forerunner 245, don't buy an expensive watch for the track. You'll find out after some crashes 😄 When you're done with the riding, upload your activity on Strava. Make a segment if it's not already made for the track. You might need to do this step on a computer, I'm not 100% sure. Then you can see your lap times, speed etc, but also compare with other riders that are using the app. Being on the Top 10 lap times list is my goal 😄 You can setup Garmin Connect app to upload activities...

Same here, RK MXU and JT steel sprockets. +50h and only minor adjustment needed. It comes with clip type connection link which I change once or twice

450”s eat aluminum sprckets & standards chains up fast….steel rear & quality xring chain last long time…I run RK mxgbu & supersprox rears… even in sand I get solid 50hrs out of this setup…

Husqvarna/KTM has it issues in some models but could not be happier with Luxon handlebar mount. Before I was adjusting everything after smallest tipovers but now after Luxon I can't even remember when I did it last time.. and sure, I do go down still.

What is No Toil availability in States currently? Seems to be quite hard to get here in northern Europe. Only have small bottle left and many resellers have been out of stock since ~January and it's often same story every year

Any sportswatch and Strava segments for laptimes. For all normal people this is enough. I have Garmin FR245 music which has wrist HR and offline Spotify which is great for running. I like push buttons only for "real use". Price wasn't too bad. Garmin has Motorsports+ app which isn't greatest but will do if you want "live laptimes" from watch...

Helmet, neck brace, base layer shirt with 3DO shoulder and elbow pads, chest and back protector, base layer pants with hip protectors, knee braces, boots... Pretty much everything, now I have injured wrist and have been thinking if I should get mobius wrist brace 😂
