I Dont think its a fitness thing. I think he is just off their pace race to race and it adds up over 30+2. He qualified good but Jett was still a half second in Qual faster. Plus, there could be some getting the bike more dialed. Hunter has spent a lot of time on that bike. I think that Honda team are dialed in. All Deegan can do now is work and get better and better. I see no reason why he cant. No other American is stemming up

Impressed with Jett. Impressed with Deegan showing a bit of humility. Hunter hung tough. Must be difficult for everyone seeing Jett limp around and already winning. I hope these three can battle all season.

Nice race by Jett. Hunter looks solid too. Deegan held off Hunter for the majority of the race. Big step forward. Nice to see Deegan battle last weeks winner most of the race. Deegan taking large steps forward in his second 450 race. Was hoping Prado would get back in the mix but mechanical issue hit him. Where was Sexton after the fall? Ferrandis and Hampshire had solid rides.

That’s probably true and it’s also understandable. But I kept repeatedly reading comments coming into this season that unlike others who roll over and accept defeat, Deegan would fight back and never give up. That’s a dig at the fans saying that stuff, not Deegan himself, who was gracious and generous in his post race comments. He rode an excellent race and he’s only going to get better.

Fellow Chase fan and bald bro here…. life is miserable. Deegan will get one once he smooths out and stops riding the 4fatty like a 250, which is only a matter of time.

I foresee a lot of tremendous battles between the Hunter Bros. I think Deegan will work his way in there as we go along. Harrup looked good. Ferandis and the Ducati too.

So good having Jett back, missed watching him ride a dirt bike. Deeg rode great but when you ride so aggressive it wears on you, it can be done, ask Tomac but u need that level of fitness to do it but great ride. Hunter is Hunter just grinds you down at end.

You’re sticking it to every other rider more than you are Haiden. This is the best hunters ever looked if Jett still continues to smoke him than it’s safe to assume Jett’s foot isn’t actually effecting his riding. He also hasn’t used it as an excuse at any point so not sure why JT and you are.

Nice podium speech from deegs ,pure class. The lawrence brothers could learn a few things from deegs on the podium.

It’s ok to say they both are rode great.
