Easy solution, stop allowing alternates. If you can’t top 9(in my region) at an area you have literally no chance to make it. Each region has multiple areas if you have bike problems.

Not there but it looks like a disaster. I don't understand what the point of an area qualifier is if anyone can just sign up for the regional. There shouldn't be alternates at the regionals at all. There are plenty of areas to make it to a regional. Let's be real if you didn't make it out of any areas you have zero chance to make LL. Should be a full gate at regionals and that's it.

That is not-insignificant evidence but it doesn't prove that the engine cut out on that particular jump, nor does it prove that it wasn't a rider error. There's enough history and muddy water on both sides here that each has already suggested the other was at fault, and I doubt we ever know anything conclusive.

Where did you come up with the 70% figure? Do you really think Jett is riding at 70% when he is beating the world's best, or is it more likely that you just pulled that number out of thin air and have zero basis for claiming it?

They're not equivalent actions. Prado articulated his problems with the bike and team, and didn't want to push on a bike he felt was unsafe, not to mention he waited until much later in the season to do so. Chase on the other hand is throwing a temper tantrum at round 2 that far surpasses anything Prado did all year

What a strange post not a single person has claimed Sexton is behaving professionally. To the contrary he's being called every unflattering name in the book and people are saying he should be fired. Unlike last year when a certain group (eurostralians) insisted that Prado's actions were honorable. You guys need to let the Prado thing go. He made an ass of himself last year and Sexton is making an ass of himself this year, both things can be true.
