I follow this market on the regular, this doesn't seem like a bad listing pricewise. That's a lot of land. Some of the acreages with luxury homes go for outrageous prices. Neverland Ranch is right in that area. I wonder why they're getting foreclosed on? Very strange listing with no photo book ECT bit of a bummer. No photobook is a direct sign of forclosure as there's nothing in it for the sellers to promote the listing...

I’ll take the green one! Decided to grab one, called Ridersville and took the last one on the floor (3 more showed up in crates when I was there). Walked in, dropped 7k at the cash register, lady handed me a buck back, a stack of papers and out the door I went. I had to add some time getting oil and filters, so I was there about 25 minutes when it could have been 15. My type of place. No bs whatsoever.

This thread motivated me to add 32ft to my existing garage last summer. 20ft for the bikes. 12ft for the Moto van.

Have you ridden a 24 kx450? The one I rode felt lean stock. People have also reported hearing detonation with the stock setup. The fueling app allows a very small % fuel adjustment. If someone is using an oxygenated fuel it will be way lean with intake and exhaust mods. This bike is choked up more than any other 450 and I definitely wouldn’t assume because other bikes are fine that this one would be. Maybe I’m stating the obvious, but I’d rather than see someone have a bike problem.

Just picked up a freshie last weekend from power motorsports in Oregon. $7200 otd for a 24 KX450x. They have the regular kx450’s for $6999 otd. Best deal I could find. Looking forward to getting this thing dialed in. Has anyone replaced the temp sensor port on the side of the head with the 19-23 style and hose? This 24 setup is janky with all the unnecessary hose clamps. Looks like for about $70 bucks you can go back to the old style and get rid of 2 hose clamps.

Thank you Gary. It meant a lot to me to see how many people showed up to ride out to the Husky Monument and to camp that weekend. It was actually what my dad loved about the sport and community. Very tempted on 24 KX450, before they are gone

I was going to wait till 25 for the kx450 but the rebate plus 1.95 financing deal was too much to pass up. Air box wasn’t near as janky as I thought it would be. Reminds me of my 15 ktm 350 air box.

Best 450 I've ever owned. 4.1 slip on, 13-51 final gearing, and stock map. It's stable, turns good, and I can do longer Motos with out getting too tired! Perfect bike for 50+ Vet rider north of 230 pounds. I've ridden the new YZ 450 it's a beast! No thank you.

Why would you think he's burnt out? Seems to me like he's putting in the work. In my book he's had a pretty good rookie SX.

I think so too. After reassembly, it seems better. Has maintained lever and has not gotten any worse, best it’s felt yet. I keep using aees bleed method and holding down the lever. Out of town for a few days so I’ll leave it strapped down while I’m gone. It’s light years better than it was so I actually might try riding it and getting some stuff moving and heat cycled.
