For us, we have had multiple price increases over the year in our cost of goods. We haven’t raised our prices at all to our customers. We have just soaked up the increases which have obviously cut into our margins. We are doing everything we can to keep the cost to our customers as low as possible throughout the year. I can’t speak for other companies but for us 20% was what we could do to cover our operational costs and pass something down to our customers before the holidays. Canada might not be perfect but my MIL is from there. Every time I go there to visit they mention how they can’t believe people in the US go bankrupt due to medical issues. They had no complaints about the system and they have dealt with some serious issues (cancer with one, serious fishing accident with another) and no stories about delayed coverage or other issues. Funny story about Ed...
