Anyone know what's going on with the SMX jerseys site?  Ordered a signed Brayton jersey from them months ago and have been reaching out to them over their contact form, social media, and even an old email thread I had with them.  No responses.  This has been going on for a couple of months and I now see their website isn't currently accessible.

So wild they would just abandon all customer service and ignore all these people.  Was hoping someone on here had some insider knowledge about if my jersey would come or if I should make a report to my credit card company to attempt to get my money back.  Not sure how far back they'll go since the order was in February.  🤦‍♂️

If SMX is stiffing people en masse on 2026 merch, I have one (two part) question? Is the 2027 schedule out, and if not, when it is usually released

I wanted to jump in here because I know a lot of you are frustrated, and I don't blame you.

The biggest thing we've dropped the ball on hasn't been making the jerseys—it's been communication. We can do a much better job keeping everyone updated, and that's something we're already working on.

For anyone waiting on a signed jersey, those aren't sitting on a shelf ready to ship. Every jersey has to be produced, sent to the rider to be hand signed, and then sent back to us before it goes out the door. We do list up to an 8-week turnaround because of that process, but in some cases it's taken longer than it should have, and I completely understand why that's frustrating.

As for the quality comments, everyone's entitled to their opinion, but I do want to clear up one thing. These aren't budget replica jerseys. They're built on the same race-quality chassis that many of the riders are actually wearing on the gate every weekend. We're proud of the product, even if we've fallen short on getting some orders out as quickly as we should.

At the end of the day, nobody here is trying to avoid shipping orders or ignore customers. We're a small team trying to create something unique for the sport, and when one part of the process gets held up, it affects everything behind it. That's not an excuse—it's just the reality, and it's on us to do a better job communicating it.

To everyone who's been patient with us, thank you. And to those who are upset, I get it. We're going to keep pushing to get every outstanding order delivered and improve this process moving forward.

For inquiries, please email me directly - michael@smxjerseys.com

We will clean this up and it will get handled. I am sorry on behalf of our entire team for the frustration and look forward to getting this resolved within the coming weeks.

Thanks for the update.  I just saw the site was down and wasn't getting responses so wanted to make sure you guys didn't close shop.  Have had good experiences with the past couple orders from you guys 👍

I recently had a positive experience when ordering from SMX Jerseys. As a retired Coastie I ordered the Mookie jersey from the Military Appreciati0on race.  I think FXR did a nice job on the jersey to include the trademark USCG racing stripes on the sides.  I did get it autographed so it took a few extra weeks.  I was sent an email throughout the process.  Best of luck with your order(s).  Here is my timeline from the emails I recieved:

5/13/26 Ordered
6/19/26 Shipped
6/24/26 Delivered

Usually 90 days  but some CC companies it is up to 120 days on fraud.

"At the end of the day, nobody here is trying to avoid shipping orders or ignore customers"

But yet there are people here waiting since February for an order and have been ignored for countless messages and dm's....so just because you weren't "trying" to, that's ok? Kind of unacceptable.

Maybe if I don't pay my taxes this year I can just tell the government "I wasn't trying to not give you the money" and they should be ok with it?
