He can do whatever he wants with his money. FFS, we spend more money on dirt bikes than some people make in years in some parts of the world while people are starving or dying of preventable diseases. Who are any of us to think we should tell someone else how and when to be charitable?

Jeff's father Erwin passed away last night, prayers to his family. I didn't know him very well but met him back in 1986 when I started racing mx and the Stanton's were still around the local tracks just before jeff turned pro. Erwin was a good guy I enjoyed talking to. Fast forward to fall 2017 and Jeff and Sara hosted a Michigan Mafia golden age MX banquet at their Old Stone barn and I got to eat dinner and talk to him again and he said didn't we chat a long time ago, I said yep over 30 years...

It would be nice to see someone come out with biodegradable tear-offs that offer the same performance as the current offerings. Until then, I don't blame landowners and promoters from prohibiting them. Paintballs have long been biodegradable. Airsoft BBs have been moving away from plastic to biodegradable as well. Doing so was pretty much mandatory to allow those activities to still be allowed outdoors.

It won’t hurt anything, but you’re not going to gain anything out of it. Have you tried looking for Sunoco 260 GTX? I can buy it here out of the pump for less than $10/gal, it’s a replacement for pump gas just like T4. I use it mixed 50/50 with no ethanol 90 octane. It’ll be an unpopular opinion, but I think 93 pump is just fine for a modern FI four stroke MX engine. I’ve yet to ever have ethanol problems in anything other than an engine that uses a carb and I let it sit too long.

Closed without prejudice. They still have a possibility of refiling if they so choose. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s “over”. They could have more evidence, or found more funds missing and can refile for a larger amount. Who Knows. Only took about five minutes to google search and find the document. Funny how Cooksey leaves out any actual details in the dismissal
