I'm a sucker for blue & yellow. Eli had a few fresh looks last year. And MC in 1999 was all-time:

Nashville Supercross this year was in Morgan wallens bar and me and my buddy are at the bar buying a drink, my buddy goes why do i recognize that guy thats across the bar from us, I look it and its Jeremy McGrath, Jeremy noticed us talking and looking at him and knew we recognized him and he waved us over and we talked about the race that night. Dude is truly just a huge fan of the sport deal, after that was over I asked if he cared for a pic, was definitely really cool

Also seems like most infield areas are totally no go now. There used to be tunnels to get in to some of them or early days at ironman I emember crossing the track itself to get to a VIP area. Don't think that ever happens anymore.

I am talking about areas that have no access at all, vip or not. I am guessing it's for tv cameras. Can probably see more of the track with fewer cameras or just the aesthetics for the broadcast. People are jammed in 5 deep or over the side of one hill while it's clear there is room for more spectator area. Also, the fences are getting further back. That I get with liability and all and creating a road around the track for medical access. I know.. get there early or don't go.

Monetizing everything and ruining the experience for the guy who can’t afford to upgrade is as American as apple pie these days. It’s a bummer.

They kind of defeat the purpose of bikes needing to pass sound checks.

The chainsaws aren’t as bad in person as the airhorns. Had a guy blast one right in my ear at MXON, it was all I could do not to stick that thing right up his ass. Blasting them and running the saws full blast during the podium interviews is pretty ignorant and very annoying.

Worth mentioning, this behavior is not specific to American racing. In fact, I do not recall chainsaws and air horns at MX events until it became popular in MXGP and Des Nation events.

I should have known better than to reply to this thread. If you can't admit that chainsaw BS during the podium interviews was an all time high today that made it annoying that i'm not sure what else I can say or maybe you had your TV on mute. 🙄

Been around this sport for 50+ years and watching the podium today with obnoxious chainsaws and air horns in the background when riders are giving interviews was an all time low for me. AMA/MX Sports seriously to ban them. Anybody that watches this who is not a hardcore fan, must think this is some kind of hillbilly sport and probably will not watch it again.

Jett's margin of "victory" over Haiden is entirely dependent on Jett and how much of a gap he wants between them. Yes, it's like that.
