Phenomenal ride by Vialle in Philly. Truly one of the best of his career. Of course, you’d expect him to move forward from the start he had, but with championship pressure and Deegan hounding him the whole race, it would’ve been easy for it to go sideways. He was agressive, but calculated, and apart from the start he executed everything...

That is the benefit of having a system where the young talent races properly. If you are a team in MX2 pulling someone out of EMX in Europe, there are few surprises because you’ve seen the rider from the age of 14 racing on GP tracks, 25+2, 16-20 times a year across a wide range of terrain and conditions. You...

We knew before the season even started that Sexton was struggling with that KTM, since then he has been injured and unable to ride n the week for a fair chunk of the first part of the season, so whilst he’s still been good, I find it very hard to believe that he’s close to what he would consider his...

It has been the perfect storm for Jett this season, he has been phenomenal, but he was also the most settled guy coming into the season, even as a rookie. Sexton was on a new bike and team, which we know he was struggling with pre-season, then he picked up the hand injury. Tomac coming back from a bad injury...

Shame about the US amateur system. Multiple posts on here saying Prado may be Jett's competition, but hardly a mention of any fast young Americans save for Deegan. Whom I think we can all agree, has his distractions. This country is perhaps the largest and wealthiest country that races MX/SX, we certainly have the largest aftermarket, the most tracks, the most dealers, the most trainers, the biggest amateur events. That a kid from a country whose entire population is perhaps equal to the state of Texas can dominate is embarrassing to those involved in coordinating the growth and health of...

Chase Sexton is still going to be around for the next 5 years at least, plus others of course. I don’t think we should disrespect that calibre of rider by gifting Jett every record in the book at this stage

Stark being unhappy that the promoter is opening the door for them to race on the professional big stage (the actual real big stage - one of two of them) is bizarre to me. They could be stuck in amateur land until other OEMs have similar models and ultimately keeping them out of growing towards professional ranks which who knows how many years that will actually be. Being upset with progress sounds too much "I want it all, I want it now" mentality. I seriously doubt the MXGP folks or AMA ever said a darn thing about what they would...

Good deal for all involved. I just hope that they relax their stance on MXoN. Spain are starting to make a real impression on World MX. Two GP’s there this year, rumours of a MXoN there in the future, they have a real chance of wins/podiums in the not too distant future. Would be a crying shame if their best...

Been a long time since he raced and he got hurt again around Christmas time. There’s a good video behind the scenes with him and the team over the past couple of weeks and it gives a good insight as to where both the team and they think he is at this moment in time. He says at the end...

Lupino signed to the new Ducati project as their test rider and will race in Italian Championship. Koch and Paturel are with the teams they were with last year but will race just the European GP’s. Nobody seems to know with Evans, don’t think he has a ride. Guadagnini, got injured in pre-season, some vertebrae, shoulder and some other injuries...

Yeah they need to go, but here we are yet again with a full seson of them (they will not get removed mid season). We will see more hurt riders during the season in these meaningless races.

I don’t want to start the season off on a downer, especially after a day with some great racing, but it’s time to do away with quali races. We’re 2 guys down in MXGP already, 60 moto’s a season simply is not sustainable, we need to give these guys the best possible chance of staying fit

RG437 Added a reply to Deegan Ends Shock's Season 💭

Plays his part in causing a start crash in the heat and takes zero responsibility for it. Goes as far as to go and have a go at the guy he took out in the pits. Cuts the track on the first lap rather than wait like everyone else and race fairly. Ends Schock’s season by punting him for 7th...

I don’t know the exact rules of that situation, but we are talking about MXGP in this case, not super enduro. The bike is not eligible to race either GP class per the rules that have been in place for several years. Therefore they cannot and should not expect to be allowed to race

There are rules. They don’t conform to them. You can’t just build a motorcycle and expect everyone to change their rules to let you in. If Stark built their motorcycle expecting everyone else to just bend over backwards and disregard the rules to allow them in then that was incredibly naive IMO. Regardless of all that, they want to race...

I think this is a good move, clearly there is a desire for it from a section of the industry, I don’t think we should run and hide from it. This is Stark’s space in this industry, they’re fighting a losing battle in hoping to race against combustion engine bikes. But they can be the pioneers of series like this
