So he stuck his fingers in his ears and stomped his feet while screaming like a petulant child until he got what he wanted. I can see why you're such a big fan, you must be so proud.

The main thing is, dirt bikes are a consumer product. Monster trucks are not. If they can force the race teams to create new technologies or work arounds to lower sound, it will eventually trickle into the new bikes that we buy. In theory, it will give us a better chance at keeping our tracks open which often get closed down due to noise. Now does this work in reality? Probably not because you swap it for an after market exhaust. Honestly for the folks that hate electric dirt bikes they should be on board with quieter ICE bikes to...

You are also disregarding the fact that Kawi never publicly said anything dispariging about Prado and continued to put 100% effort into trying to get the bike to his liking (whether they are capable or not doesn't matter). while at the same time Prado was complaining publicly about the team and bike....the final straw was his attempt to purposely not qualify.... I get it, he didn't gel with the bike and was never comfortable on it and wanted out of his contract....but there are way better ways to do that behind the scenes, out of the public eye without damaging...

Just stop with your excuses for his shit behavior, it is getting old…in other words you can say whatever you want it’s not going to change my mind or many others…he is the one that made it public…nobody else.

My assessment hasn't changed...he a fast talented rider who is a complete ass for how he handled himself last year...has nothing to do with speed or talent and has everything to do with personality and actions....find it hard to believe that apologists fail to understand that and think that those that are critical of him are being critical of his talent when in reality its all about how he handled himself last year...

I think what changed is guys used to start floundering when they got in their 30's but this crop is still competing at a really high level. Hard to "shuffle" championship contenders and race winners out of good rides.

I agree with this, there is a backlog in the 450 class due to all the 30 somethings that has disrupted the natural talent flow. There are a lot of guys in the 250 class that have been ready to move up but they can't, so it's harder for the riders coming out of the amateurs to land a team ride.

holy hell that was dirty lmao

While I absolutely think that he is one of the most talented riders ever, he is as dirty as it gets. I said it in another thread already. It wasn't an issue in 2024 when he was so much faster than everyone and just blew by people like they were standing still. But what he did the years before had nothing to do with just "riding a wide bike". He crosses other riders lines, brake checks, cross jumps etc. It has been a thing for a few years when he moved to the 450. Anyone who disagrees with that has...

You are to emotionally involved....who said anything about him taking anybody out...he definitely during his career has made many dangerous cross jump/cutoff moves... the majority of his competitors have complained/said something about how he rides and when you can take off your rose colored glasses and watch what he does....he deserves the reputation he has....

Yay 2.5 hours of gate pick shuffling and commercials instead…

Definitely put on clinic last nite…..should be interesting to see where he stacks up in 450 class…plenty of riders dominated on 250”s that struggle in the 450 class…but anybody’s guess…I want to like him, being an American but would like to see some genuine humility and respect for other racers…the tough guy metal militia grift isn’t working for me…maybe go with a Cali surf dude vibe…flame away

Witnessing Deegan from the stands last night, his corner speed was vastly superior to anyone. Dude was on the gas before the apex of the corners while everyone else was rolling through. I’m not much of a Deegan fan but that was extremely impressive and fun to see.

He’s lucky Tomac crashed, and Hunter crashed, and sexton had troubles
