Bars fwd is important when tall, but not to far, and preferably not passed alignment with forks. Long arms pushes you back on the bike so as someone said, less sweep. Renthal 822 is good, 41mm but stock bars is good on Husky. 51mm sweep. Armpump can come from so many different things. Most frequent would be ride position and technique, suspension setups, bar bends and type, size of grips, genes/muscle/anatomy. Very difficult to say what it's the actual source straight up. If you just changed rear spring and fork springs you should be close to ok, need more rebound...

I’m 6’3” myself, and I run RM low/Pastrana MX (not FMX) bend bars. If you’re tall and have long arms, why would you want to exacerbate the problem by using risers that move your bars closer to your shoulders? Tall guys with long arms do best with low flat bars with little sweep. Our goal should be to lower our center of gravity and stretch it out across the length of the bike rather than making the bike taller and raising our center of gravity even higher.

Does two 15 minute motos/rides help?

I lost you at “two 15 minute laps” 🤔 I’m not tall and don’t have long arms, but I never understood taller riders (with long arms) needing to add bar risers or really tall bars. But I suppose if torso is long, it could cause you to lean over more when standing ?? Back to the 15 minute laps…..

You haven't lived until you've installed mousses with only tire irons, no bead buddy, 2 rim locks, and on the ground to boot...it's enough frustration to make a nun cuss. I laugh at changing tubed tires

I really need a stand but I can do it on the ground in about 20 minutes with 3 spoons, some soapy water and 2 2×4s. The trick is leaving the new tire out in the sun for alittle bit. Man that makes is easier.

Been doing my tire changes forever…can’t trust most shops around me to do them correctly or in a timely manner. Soapy water solution in a spray bottle, good tire irons, and heat are your friends….after you have done Ice tires with liners in the winter time…..regular tires are nothing…..
