Nope. 4 strokes are here to stay until electric takes over unfortunately. The only thing I could see happening are engine modifications. Maybe running different fuels like diesel? Or adding forced induction applications like turbos. But even that is unlikely. Bikes are already fast enough.

Unlikely, it takes a lot of time and money to develop a new concept engine, it's unlikely the existing OEMs will make that investment with electric coming, the return on investment isn't there.
