I’d say it’s more important to stay healthy than it is to clear whatever jump is giving you the shakes. youre probably going good enough to still beat plenty of people, have a good time, and in control enough to do it again next week. find your risk/reward balance, and have fun there.

I made a small amount of progress on the bike recently. Bottom end is complete, brakes rebuilt and I coated the hubs. I thought the spokes were the same as my KX but I was wrong. I kept a few spokes, but apparently in the process of cleaning my garage I have thrown them away. If any one knows if any spokes will work please let me know. Wheels and recoat the cylinder and it will be ready to go, too bad I hit a snag with the spokes.

Here is what I found...The numbers in paint on the motor and on the FIM inspection sticker on the head tube match Paul Edmonson's from the OK ISDE. The former owner (long time GG dealer and former ISDE competitor) told me it was Paul's bike from the ISDE. It is in excellent condition so no build thread needed. Except maybe to remove the Sparky from the carbon silencer!

27”x40” poster I’ve had since my Honda shop took it off their wall in 1985.

I have had this since I was 13 or so, I'm 61 now. Hanging in my shop. I used to stare at it and think ''yeah, maybe someday.'' I've had a couple since then.🙂

Always been a huge PC guy, I’ve ran the same R304 silencer since 2016 and the thing had been tough as nails. Unfortunately a few weeks ago I was riding a trail loop and was clicking gears down a straight away on the 125 when the thing made the craziest noise and I shut the bike off immediately thinking I just scattered my connecting rod through my cases. Turns out the bracket for the mounting bolt had broken and I was just running an open header for a second. I reached out to PC asking if I was able to...

Shit. I'll spend $6500-7500 later this month to rent a dozer and skid steer (including fuel and paying a buddy to help) for a week do a rebuild of our track. Then another $200/month on diesel for prep and basic upkeep, and gas for the water pumps throughout the Summer. And the tractor will break at least once, and I'll crack a water line or split a hose. Not to mention the time it takes to maintain it all - at least 10 hours a month. Oh yeah, and I still have to fuel and maintain the bikes. Now, I...
