Derek Harris was exact! Hard to choose between ADV and Spoaks. Both are awesome and really cool owners. Good dirt too! Murphy’s fun but easy, cool family that runs it. Haven’t been to Redrock mx, want to but don’t know the owner-but there is a good GoPro of Andrew Short riding it on YouTube. Video speaks for itself! There are a lot of towns just outside of Austin to live and be close but not in the city (Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Wimberley, Dripping Springs (all on the south side closer to moto)).

there are good tracks all around Texas more choices in north Texas than in central Texas I will be the one to say it though. if you are moving here and to Austin area I hope you are not bringing the same liberal policies that is destroying California. please don't come here if you are. oh crap did I just go political.

Ive been a long time fan of Flogging Molly fan and was wondering if they are a good live band because just announced they are playing at a local brewing company in Birmingham Alabama and this may be my only chance to get to se them.

4/9/2019 7:10pm Yeah, in the LA area you have plenty of bearing house options. Any time you pull a bearing out, measure it up and write it down. Same with the seals. Those wheels look insane. RM's definitely need the yellow rims. Digging the black coated hubs too.

4/7/2019 7:09pm 25-30 hours is far better than my experience. I am not a pressure-wash junky, and got about 5 hours out of them. Cheap chinese crap. I had them laying around and used them out of need. You can get Japanese Koyo for the same price (or less) at a bearing house.

4/3/2019 11:28am Going to be killer looking. A couple comments from someone who has done up an RM. A lot of folks say NOT to turn down the RM hubs, including FasterUSA and Dubya. The flange is too big and doesn't leave much metal left in the hub. And, you are doing to nice a job to put those crap All Wheels...

I wouldn't walk a foot into Texas Powersports on 290, and they are literally 5 minutes from my house. Maybe if I was buying a Mule, but not an MX bike. The don't even know how to spell, or pronounce, MX, much less motocross...

well prepped is a difficult subject...on his sand based dirt especially. Murphy's is the busiest track in the area by far - offering the least prep. Ultimately murphy's has managed to hit on all notes for the local community all at the same time hitting on zero notes for what any level racer would want to improve or challenge themself. Red rock was just hard enough even on his GP/Vet track which wasn't that hard, to scare away the murphy type customers. He put a lot into both those tracks in time and huge money - and couldn't break even...
