Ride Engineering makes a set that worked flawlessly on my 125. Plus the HPSD Mount is an added bonus.

What kind of 48mm forks?
I know for sure that in order to use other forks you will need non-oem triple clamps or bore out your stockers.
For example I went with Yamaha KYB forks, and had to use Kawasaki triple clamps with suzuki RM stem for them to fit properly.

If you call Applied, and tell them what you are trying to do, they will likely be able to accommodate you.
