My theory is similar - in 2022 he gave Tomac all he could handle, nearly won the title, then won a bunch of SX races in ‘23, won the title (maybe a bit fortuitously but nonetheless showed the speed). Great ride from Team GB, nice to see Webb ride like this, if only he did this all outdoors! Herlings is probably still the fastest 450 rider in the world, shame we didn't see Jett and Hunter this year.

Herlings is a beast, the Honda ride seems to have completely rejuvenated him. Staying that fast for so many years takes incredible commitment and mental strength, especially after his injuries. I really didn't like the brash kid that hit the GP's years ago but I'm a huge fan now. Respect 💪

How about the day that Dungey finished second overall in Colorado with a broken NECK? Unreal determination and talent.

Got to witness that first hand, it was flipping unreal. Was lucky enough to witness the Stewart 40-1st romp too.

And he still managed to finish on the podium with a 3rd overall.

I would bet the year after WSX collapses, SMX will evaporate, due to any reason other than themselves.
