I don’t think Dungey would beat Jett. RV is hard to say I mean every full season he raced he won the championship other than one early SX 2nd to Canard. I am a firm believer the talent has constantly risen over the years in every single sport. Given that Id say it’s a safe assumption that no past rider could beat Jett in a championship. to me no it’s all on “team needs” , AUS needed Jett on a 450 on the come up , USA don’t need deegs on a 450 , between usa mx2 & gp’s mx2 , deegs is better than every 1 since Kay to me has regressed this season , Eli , j coop / chase & deegs is a winnable team , Levi & gang just too inconsistent

Eli, Chase and Deegan would have to be the favorites as a team. Jett would have them covered for Australia most likely. Possibly giving Australia the edge for top 2 riders eith Hunter being thereabouts with Chase snd Eli. But Deegan as rider 3 is a huge advantage for USA.

So far this year we’ve seen Webb, Deegan (x2) and Tomac have a bike that’s smoking like that. I’m not sure if they’ve been related but 4 times in 6 weeks from the same team sure seems like more than coincidence.

It’s almost like when things aren’t going Eli’s way, he gets mad and punishes the bike. It takes a strong man to be able to abuse a 450 to the point of failure.

Just because he's coasting, doesn't mean it's any slower. In really bumpy/rutted sections entering turns/downhills sometimes that's the best way to handle it. It frees up the bike to work instead of cranking it back and forth via throttle/brakes

ML said on one of the recent review pods that Eli might be racing a star bike at nations, and that this might be Haiden's last 250 mx race at nations. I agree with the JCoop pick and reason for not picking AP.

Hard to say. RJ got a 9th and 3rd overall the last two races last year against the same 250 riders and got 6th overall today in the 450 class with a bad first moto start and is 6th overall in the standings. I don't remember him ever really winning much if at all outdoors in the 250 class. I would say vialle and hymas if he can ever stay healthy would be fine in the 450 class.
