Hunter Brothers, Who You Got ?

I picked Hunter in fantasy so that means he'll crash.

The one that has an 'e' in their first name.

Jett has the speed advantage back, but I'm not sure he really wants to take it from Hunter. Hunter on the other hand wants it 100%.

That little bit of indecision by jett will likely give it to Hunter.

I was about to type something like this.

I think Jett knows that if he decides to win he can do it but he has mixed feelings about it. On the other hand Hunter is full focused on winning because if he wins he knows Jett would he happy for him and if Jett wins Hunter knows that Jett would feel kind of bad about it.

This is insane, 2 brothers going for it so close on final round.

I root for both of them, they are awesome riders and great people and just hope that bohth ride great, no mistakes, no gifts just best man wins!

Hunters my choice, I don’t see him with a better shot than right now. And he’s too good to not be a 450 champ at least once.

Jett’s getting back to his normal form so next year and beyond may be another chapter of the Jett show.

If Hunter wins, they will be the first brothers to both win premier class titles, correct?

I rooted for Kenny in SX. I'll be rooting for HL this time.

JLaw gives brother HLaw a pass and a championship. Only catch is if HLaw drops the bike... JLaw can't help him then.

Gimme the love Viterds!! How quick can you make this post disappear?!🤐

I'm hoping Hunter takes it...but it better not be a gift.

Not saying that I disagree completely with everyone’s sentiment but it’s actually wild that Jett is so good we’re all here saying “yeah, he’ll probably let him have this 450 CHAMPIONSHIP” !!!

It’ll be tough to fake it if he starts in front of Hunter but I do agree with everyone’s sentiment that if Hunter starts in front of him Moto 1, I feel like he’s not going to force the issue and then go out and win moto 2. The only reason I feel this way is how much it seems to bother Jett to keep ripping these away from his brother. I don’t think he’ll ever battle with those feelings ever again if Hunter has a 450 title under his belt.

Hunter, he’s leveled up this year, and it’s redemption on sx if he does get it. Jett will have many more years to get one and he already has a lot. Downvote me to heck but I don’t want a champion crowned that cries his eyes out as if he lost, when he just won because his brother didn’t get the title, be happy you won one of the most prestigious mx titles in the world. Go big bro!

Heych J for the win and I hope Jett doesn’t hold back with a gift.  Want these two to go bar to bar.  Can’t wait!

I think the same. As good as Hunter has been I honestly think Jett has been sand bagging for Hunter particularly last weekend. If it was any other rider in the world instead of Hunter this weekend coming I would put the house on Jett

Hunter gets his chocolates this weekend, opens up Jett's conscience that big brother finally got one, plus the monkey is off Hunter's back. Going forwards there's no uneasy feelings, both have titles under their belt, all bets off for SMX and beyond.

Don’t wanna see anyone get hurt obviously, but imagine Hunter just stuffs jett in a corner the way Kenny got him at Salt Lake.

I was pulling for Kenny on that one and I’m sure you could have heard me shout from 2 blocks away haha

Would be a feel good year if Hunter gets the Outdoor Title

You guys are wild for thinking Jett is gonna let hunter win. Not a single person in that family would want that. They want exactly what is happening. Winner take all may the best man win. If hunter wins, it’s because he beat jett straight up and vice versa. Maybe you can claim Jett sand bagged a little last weekend to make it a heads up win, but even that’s a big crazy. Jett has been going for the record books since he moved to 450s, and the amount of time he missed, he’s not just going to give up a championship.

I’ve been a Hunter fan since he went pro, so I’m hoping he gets it done, but really I’ll be happy either way if they both get to race for it, with no crashes, or other riders doing anything stupid

I don't think for any reason that Jett would "give" the title to Hunter...and I don't really think that he would "Zacho" him in the last corner to win. Both of them are running strong enough to win it, and it's all going to come down to starts and keeping it on two wheels.

That said...I've got Hunter for the win.

Right, tell Hunter “I let you win”, or lie to him for life.

This. Jett is an all timer already. Hes not letting anyone win, even his brother. Remember how pissed he was first moto at Red Bud when he couldn't ride like himself and Hunter beat him? I cant bet against Jett especially at Ironman. Though Hunter did crush the world the last moto he rode there

Ok now that is an INSANE stat

I thought I knew Jett's plan was to always manage a gap, but at Millville he seemed to ride angry in the 2nd moto, extending his lead over hunter significantly. Then he crashed. I expect if Jett gets the start over hunter he will manage the gap. If like Millville he starts in 2nd, he will go berzerk to pass Hunter.

Either way a helluva race coming up.

Hunter, because I believe he can beat him.
I hope they start 1&2 both moto’s, and we could be in for some good clean racing

Chad Reed-esque. Reed was something like 7 points away from having 3 more SX titles.

Edit: ok maybe more like 13. Hunter being this close for the last year is just nuts though. Honestly heartbreaking if he loses out again. It's up to him and I hope he gets it done. That would make things easier for both brothers going forward.

Remember his dilemma at SMX last year having a internal battle before he decided to go for it and then more or less cried after the finish because he took that away from Hunter?..

I’m not so sure that we will see full effort from Jett this weekend but I hope we do. I’m not on the ”Hunter deserves to win it” before he has won it.

The one who wins the title clearly was the one deserving it as long as nothing strange like a mechanical or something stupid from another rider happens.
