For locals: How sandy is Southwick these days?
I know they've trucked in a bunch of sand over the years, but it really hasn't looked like a sand track the last few years watching from a screen.
We all know about the clay base, but I even recall seeing quite a few dry, dusty sections.

We are currently finishing up 2.5 days of steady, soaking rain here in town. Nothing torrential enough to cause a major washout at the track but plenty to soak down into it. They’re calling for some rain/T storms Friday early evening but it may not amount to much based off the percentages. Relatively cool and full sun expected Saturday 👍

After the first turn crash, and then the engine failure, I just hope he's ok for his championship run in the GP's. Definitely had his bell rung from that engine failure/crash. That was very high speed. wind knocked out or possibly concussed. Sucks.

From 39th to 11th in two laps 😂 On a track that mostly has one line through corners. He basically passed most of these dudes railing the outside.

I just found it hilarious that on the last corner of the 1st moto sacha was hyping up the fans and I did see 2-3 middle fingers pointed at him 😂
