Order the $12 brush set and all the o-rings, try rebuilding it. You could probably just clean them, but for $12 bucks just get new.

Good grief, Sexton has been on the Austrian scooter half a year at least. All day, every day, it is his job to ride it right and assist in setting it up. All his coherent life he has been racing at the upper levels. Austria has millions of dollars of support staff to make the bike EXACTLY as he wants it. If at this point it is still "new" to him, that is his fault. He is a pro, he chose this bike to race, knew the time line, has the resources available. If the bike is still not right...

How would a rock crack the throttle body? I don’t doubt the throttle stuck and I’m sure that it did, but sounds like ktm being shady blaming a rock.
