Very good racing.

Good personalities from all over the world showing up.

But seems to be a lot of visible mechanicals to me, more than we would normally expect?

Yeah, Lotte got the shaft on that one. Holeshot devices stick from time to time but the oil?

Things have certainly changed from the Ashley Fiolek days!

Deegans making a push. He’ll catch Prado this time. Too far back to reel in Jett though.

too bad Yamaha doesn't have enough money to put Lotte & LaLa on Star factory bikes. 🤔

Yep, especially since the top 5 in WMX would have qualified for the 250 class at High Point today, based on quali times

Yeah, that was a weird one for sure. But what I don't understand is, did the drain bolt get sheared off or fall off? Doesn't the skid plate protect that drain bolt?

The mechanic was fumbling around like Barney Fife.😂

I'm sure she'll be happy to get back to Holland, her team and her bike.

Maybe they give her one when she tries to qualify at Southwick.

The dude was using a T-handle with replaceable bits LOL! He kept dropping the bit….his tool set he had laying on the ground looked like my Grandmas essential tool kit in a bag!

There seems to be in influx of amateur mechanics out there that haven't been exposed to certain failures yet.

Seemed to me the guy was picking up different sizes? Like you don't already know what size hex that is?, or at least can visually tell just by looking at it, like its too easy to tell a 4 mm from a 6 mm from an 8 mm. WTF??

Its odd that they don't. Fiolek was under the factory tent years ago.

Let's build the sport, give them some real support.

I wonder what the TV ratings are during the WMX moto compared to the men's motos?

Is there a viewership fall off?

Just true Moto fans staying for the final moto of the day?

They'd be better off running the Women first.

I thought for a second there JT$ was gonna jump in and save the day.

Would have been pretty funny if someone held a pit board up for the struggling mechanic that had "Breath" written on it. 😀

He was definitely eager to "unloosen" something.

He was trying to loosen the Fork guard to unlatch it

He was.....but also had a TV crew over his shoulder and a pressure cooker environment overall.  These smaller teams don't pay these guys shit so they aren't all Skip Norfolk.

I was referring to JT$ repeatedly using the word "unloosen" while he was observing the scene.

Well, if that was her dad bumbling around with the tool and could not even remove a simple fork guard. Then, yes he was Barney Fife, but I don't think that was her dad. He was too young and skinny seemed like somebody that was just helping her as a mechanic, if you can call him that because if the drain plug fell out then obviously it wasn't tight.

She's actually lucky the race was unfortunately red-flagged because if the race would have gone on the bike would have locked up! And who knows what could have happened if she was coming up on a jump and that happened.

So yes, whoever was the mechanic on that bike was definitely very unskilled.

Because everyone who cleans their air filter and changes their own oil believes they can wrench on motorcycles for a living.

Ive been doing it for 20 years and what I deal with on a daily basis would make these guys cry.

I’ve seen you mention this a couple of times now. You can’t really compare Friday times to Saturday times. Track was prepped much deeper on Saturday morning.  I’m all for seeing the girls attempt to qualify against the boys but I don’t see any way that 5 of them make it. 1 of them qualifying in top 36 would be a major feat that they could ALL be proud of.
