Haiden’s best lap in moto 1 was 1:57.686
RJ ran the fastest lap in moto 2 450’s at a 1:57.363 , Hunter ran a 1:57.4 Jett ran a 1:57.636.
Haiden best moto 2 lap time was a 1:57.547
450 moto 1 Jett had the fastest by at 1:54.7.

Jett did that within ten seconds of the comment. I loved it. It was a power move and you can see in Deegan’s hunched over posture he was not that confident next to Jett. He knows who the alpha is and so does Jett. Haiden seem to have a fragile self esteem.
I see a kid having fun after he has spent the day winning.
My opinion on Deegs is that his true self is a fairly respectful and well raised yet still maturing kid. His character that he puts on is part of a bigger picture social media game that I don't like. It is the same thing Brian did pre social media to elevate freestyle with all competition until he found a perfect rival in TP199. Deegan's goal has been to get to where he can make Jett his TP199. The young man is incredible on a bike, and I hope the competition level gets raised due to his riding next year. I love what he does on track. I don't hate the player. I hate the game. That doesn't mean the game doesn't need playing though. Only time will tell.

The rev limiter and slamming berms doesn't work for Eli anymore. Deeg's style is similar. I won't deny Deegs work ethic and talent but it's manufactured. Nobody can really explain Jett's apparent ability to see things and react faster than anyone else. The best anyone has come up with is "he's an alien". No one has also been able to counter this on the track either.
Haiden has a better technique than what Eli have, better body position and is closer to the modern riding style than what Eli is.
But as you say, he rapes the rev limiter in the same way or even more than Eli since Haiden seems to believe that the bike goes faster if the valves float mid air.
So he would ”only” need to learn to ride the 450 in the right RPM’s and he would be pretty settled. But yeah, he is nowhere near Jett’s natural ability and flow on the bike.
I think that’s more to do with Eli’s age and how good Jett Hunter and Sexton are. It seems like the set up window for Eli in the new Yamaha is pretty small. To me he is not at his 22 outdoor form when him and chase were battling every race. How much is age, how much is setup and how much is the level being raised is anyone’s guess.

The way he rides I see a Barcia like future…. He will be a contender every know and then but will also crash a lot because of his style. Of course he will win some races but he won’t be a title contender.
