I saw Justin Cooper do it too the other week when he beat Webb in their heat, thought it was kinda lame to do Webbs thing to Webb.

I thought it was funny, Webb throw the guns at Sexton other week over finish, so Sexton "shot" them back at Webb this week and he's all pissy about it on podium lol. I'm praying Sexton beats him next weekend too and says on podium he'll have to wait one more week to kick my ass lol

the camera panned to him as he was pumping his fist… then Webb gave him a fist bump a little later… is there different footage that shows finger guns because it’s not in the broadcast footage…???
One of my favorite post on this forum was when Webb did it for the first time to Kenny. And someone posted something along the lines of “that wasn’t a thumbs up, he shot Ken.”
If you watch the race, not highlights, it’s right after the finish line. You’ll see him point back at Webb. I missed it completely, but went back and saw it.

Correct. ...but don't let the facts get in the way here on Vital. ^^^ The fingergun came after Sexton came to a stop. Who knows if Webb even saw it.
Webb hates to lose, especially at this point. What other reason would he be mad over?
...and as for Justin Cooper doing it to Webb...their on the same team, training together and appear to have a great relationship of sharing technique etc. All in good fun...like an inside joke.

Good one Paul..... Without any help from the SX Gods, that isn't happening. Coop has been "blessed" this SX season, and unless Chase can throw him a bone with a fall, mental fart, etc..... Coop cannot touch Chase for a solid 20 plus laps and Coop knows it. Yesterday literally proved it, and Webb got the hint, also showing to the world what a real prick acts like after he lost with that little comment. Truthfully, add all the injured guys in this as if they were not hurt, Paul himself would not even be in the top 3...... Tomac, and the HRC brothers alone could seal up that deal. As for shooting the guns at the finish? Simple! Chase gave him back what he has been doing for ages, only problem is, when Coop does it, his competition watches him do it at the line. Chase, was too far ahead..... further pouring more salt on a stinger. Good job Chase!!!!!

Dude, in the past 4 races, in average conditions, Cooper has caught and passed Chase for the wins, twice. I agree with everything else you said, but to say Cool can't touch Sexton for a solid 20 laps at this point is not true.
Even if i think the finger gun is incredible lame, I’m glad that Chase did it so maybe Webb realizes how corny it is.
