Fuck guns

I would not recommend this. Sticking your hog anywhere inside a firearm is dangerous.

If his will fit in anything short of a grenade launcher, he’s not going to need it anyway.

Now that I think more about his post, it’ll probably fit in a .22.

I don't pretend to know firearms all that well compared to some, and that information was what I was told. Who knows the in's and outs of a weapons contract,  i use a few for a living, not a guru by any stretch.  Cheers.

Grew up hunting, got my own rifle at 13, and use firearms professionally in my current job, but I do not understand the American obsession with guns at all. Reading this thread is wacked!

Maybe they want to keep themselves safe from home intruders and carjackers! Lord knows the government can’t keep people safe from those two things, so you better take that kind of stuff into your own hands!!!

It takes some guts and I hope everything is fine from each party because it is not a bad new source of revenue in the sport, exactly like CBD, gopro, etc. It is the US, it is different, so in this market for me it is a big pass.

Anyone that want to foot the bill is welcome. It is a very small industry relying too much on energy drinks and most will be be caught off guard if the wave retracts just a bit. Plus in the US that source of revenue is interesting, wealthy, and good for self defense in a time where for many people insecurity is a reality, so it may orientated a few just on tasers, soft balls, etc, no harm no foul.

The only stuff here that’s mine is the belt setup and PC, took the loaded mags out and replaced with empty to run a NV drill for some fb beef my friend was obsessed with.

Not only do you look like a Complete JACKASS but you have no clue what you are talking about when it comes to a Sig p320 or anything regarding firearms.. Sorry, but you don't. Guns are tools. It's been proven in court they don't just go off. But whatever. We are not talking about our favorite dirt bike. Guns are tools. Nothing more, Nothing less. Glock, H&K , Ruger, Sig, Smith and Wesson and whatever the F@%K are just tools. It's not comparable to dirt bikes. Forkner has earned the ability to have this.

lol what? Sig has faced lawsuits and had to put a recall out on p320s because they weren’t drop safe. Not to mention, they are based off the failed p250. In order to make up for that loss they just half assedly put a striker system in the p250 and called it a p320.

https://www.sigsauer.com/p320-voluntary-upgrade-program

In case some of you are not really digging into the nuances here, I'd like to make a few points that are kind of important.

The video posted earlier with the hammer making the gun go off, posted Aug 7th, 2017.

The link to the Sig recall above, posted Aug 8th, 2017.   And in that link, it states that every P320 built after that date already has the upgrade that the recall was for.

So, the likelihood that any of the original "bad" P320's are still out there running around is low.  Are any of you saying that the "new and improved" P320's are still going off by themselves?

Anyone see any runaway PRius' lately????

For all the people bitching about a "gun" sponsor, what's your take on Onlyfans?

Legalized prostitution = OK

EVIL guns = bad

How is only fans legalized prostitution?

Yep. And they do in other countries as well only USA is worse at auto deaths than every single European country except for one.

So worst traffic death rate PLUS the worst gun death rate.

Cool.

Let’s not ban guns which are ONLY designed to kill let’s just add those deaths to auto accidents and then use auto accidents as a reason not to ban.  Just beautiful logic.

You don’t want guns banned, you just want private ownership banned.  Fun fact about your gun death statistics, the vast majority of those deaths are caused by police killing people they don’t like when they’re bored.  They’ll often go no knock raid the wrong house on purpose just to have an excuse to kill.

The same government that told us 10mm was going to be the new std?

The same government that chose the POS Baretta M9 complete with disposable barrel?

As for the shit-talk on the Sig: isn’t this identical to the weapon I see special operators choosing along with the G17/G19…? Hell, a few of’em carry a .45 HK that looks like a damn machine pistol compared to the mid-frames. I prefer the G19/G23…that’s just the opinion of a guy that prefers a weapon that’s effective and unobtrusive for daily carry.

No worries: I think I’ll go with that I see the special operator groups use & carry…which is a helluva lot of Sigs and Glocks & a few HKs…versus a bunch of magazine/internet opinionated experts on Vital.

Besides, I’ve been doing this since the 80s and I’ve seen virtually EVERY manufacturer make good and bad weps.

A question for the moto-come-weapons experts: Do you judge a 2024 KTM450SXF by the test results of a 2017 KTM450SXF?

Asking for a friend. 🤣

Obviously this wasn't all meant for me, but my last reply sums it up, with the circumstances and all, it wasn't an all encompassing piece of info for every weapon produced by a given manufacturer.

If that came across as something of a personal jab, I apologize: it’s just that I’ve seen various govt orgs pick and purchase some real POS weapons.

From the DOD’s selection of the Baretta to California’s selection of the S&W .40(the S&W pistol) to the FBI…at one point…saying the 10mm was the gun to go with for all the people…which was hilarious…because, at that time, the 10 was a rather hot round and many shooters didn’t achieve good “placement” with it! 🤣

As for you, to a man: I’m grateful for what you do. So, thanks. And I’m of the opinion that I’d like to see “the average LEO get a helluva lot more active or action range time”. I’d also like to see more “personal choice” in what an officer can carry.

I appreciate that, and I do agree. It's almost always down to cost, not the quality of the weapon.

As to range time, I agree 1000%, though I'm thankful I can go on my own time and keep skills up.

Not sure why topics like this always go side ways around here, my guess is txt style vs in person where more context would be given.

Your last sentence is utter bullshit with not a shred of evidence to back it up.  The stats on gun deaths in the United States and their causes are not hard to find.

First part - yes.

Laws are designed to protect people. People break laws and should be punished. So yes as with many things, ownership should be banned - besides very specific trained / reasons and then only for that purpose.  Say farmers need to cull etc etc.  — pass training, safety, storage and mental health tests and you can get a license for guns appropriate for and only used for that purpose. Blah blah blah we all know this.

You can’t get viagra without a trained professional assessing you and writing a prescription. Because a 12 hour boner is no joke bro… 😎 -  there should be at least 10-20x the scrutiny to get a gun. And like car licenses the license should be easily revoked if the specific rules aren’t followed…

And the strange pro gun anti cop rhetoric is weird… ACAB but not coz their bored but because they under trained, massively under trained. Also sending a cop to mental health issue is just bizzare - they are undertrained to do traffic stops and you want them to have the capacity to deal with a mental health issue…People who become cops are not likely the brightest apple in the bunch and with fuck all training you expect them to do so many aspects of so many other specific professions.  It’s fucked and unfair.  It's why ‘defund the police’ was a dumb slogan when the goal was to realocate funds to trained professional to do those parts of the police job that they aren’t trained for AND train cops far more thoroughly — while also stopping cops getting tanks and military shit.  Like wtf anti American shit is that.  Far out.

Edit:  wow so many downvotes, didn’t realize this site was full of SIGGERS!   Hahahahahaha buy a Glock

That only affected some of the early P320s. It has been fixed in all later models.

Here you go...SIG drop test starting at 7:26. Also in the video, turns out the 1911 is really bad at drop tests.

Grew up hunting, got my own rifle at 13, and use firearms professionally in my current job, but I do not understand the American obsession with guns at all. Reading this thread is wacked!

Ah, yes, a "special" guy who is allowed to have guns telling those who are not allowed to have guns that they don't need them.

It's not an obsession, it's a necessity.  And your take proves it.

Pretty cool. Sigs typically have a stiff trigger pull. Maybe the new 320 is better than the old 229.

Striker fire vs DA/SA. Latter having the stiff first pull to cock the hammer.

Far out.

Love having a bloke like you telling all of us how to live. You are special, I'll give you that. In America, Pro Gun people are anti Police? You're clueless!!! It's the exact opposite. But keep doing your biased and baseless claims. Your agenda. Reading some comments from a radical individual like you make me feel lucky I was born in the US.
