When I lived in NH, I was 15 min from the Sig factory.  It was getting expensive.

I’m all for any company wanting to dip their toes into the MX world but this attempt seems kind of lazy imho. There is nothing on their social media that mentions it, it’s not anywhere on the homepage of their website and Austin doesn’t currently have anything posted about it (Im referring to Instagram, I don’t have twitter so can’t speak for that platform).

Where did OP see this announcement originally because outside of that link that was shared, Im not seeing any sort of promotion or marketing behind this collaboration.

I thought that was common knowledge, like the Mercedes and BMW logos being tied to WW2 Nazi aircraft engines...

BMW logo predates WWII and their aircraft by many years. It’s just the Bavarian flag colors.

Props to forkner and Sig. cool crossover.

Spin the VW logo. 🤦‍♂️

"YAMAHA FACTORY RACING TERMINATES SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH KNICH
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
February 21, 2018
https://motocross.transworld.net/news/yamaha-factory-racing-terminates-sponsorship-agreement-knich/

On Wednesday afternoon Yamaha issued a press release that stated they had ended their agreement with Knich, an upstart “action sports lifestyle brand” that had signed to a multi-year title sponsorship of the motocross program.
This news comes amid a very eventful time for the Yamaha team, as Davi Millsaps recently announced his retirement from racing due to an offseason injury along with Justin Barcia’s confirmation to stay with the team through the remainder of the year and then a hand injury that required surgery.

We and many others wondered what exactly Knich is, as it’s unusual for a brand-new company to become a major supporter of a factory team.
After talking to some people familiar with the company, we were told that Knich is the side project of an entrepreneur that is highly involved in ammunition and that Knich was created to side-step a restriction against firearm sponsorship.

The founder of Knich is a friend to Millsaps, hence the connection to the team."

I had forgotten about that. But I also thought that it had more to do with Millsaps leaving and Knich not wanting to stay than anything else.

Slr rifle works sponsors Mini Os

Wynn owns SLR, that’s why. So not really sure they “Sponsor” the mini o’s. Just free advertisement for Wynn from Wynn is all.

Edit:  wow so many downvotes, didn’t realize this site was full of SIGGERS!   Hahahahahaha buy a Glock

Gastons dead, I shoot about 5,000 rounds a year, theres nothing Glock does better than Sig, except ugliness.

I ask because a few years ago Yamaha Factory racing dropped their title sponsor when they discovered they sold ammo.

using a race pic to sell Sig Sauer  seems a bit weird- well that and I’m a Glock guy anyway…

Assuming wyn is the track owner?

And he owns slr too? That's awesome.

Fuck guns

I would not recommend this. Sticking your hog anywhere inside a firearm is dangerous.

Glocks are better and more reliable, they also don’t go off randomly.  Mines a p80 though.

The only stuff here that’s mine is the belt setup and PC, took the loaded mags out and replaced with empty to run a NV drill for some fb beef my friend was obsessed with.

If you're fucking guns, please give your wife my condolences. If you fit in a 9mm, it must be quite underwhelming for her.

You guys are assuming he is the male and not the female in this fetish. Either way I recommend the .950 JDJ.

Not a big fan of 320s or their corporate people when I’ve dealt with them running shoots and stuff, but still cool to see. Was surprised when I got the email yesterday. I’ve got a couple cool Sigs though and a couple p365s I like.

My EDC Sig approves...  The question is, am I showing off my small pistol or my large hand???

Going to root for Forkner a bit more now.
