I tried to do something similar the year that Flo carried the outdoor races. They never cancelled & were impossible to reach for assistance. I don’t think it’s been mentioned yet, but I’m pretty sure there was a class action lawsuit against Flo for not canceling subscriptions when requested. I even got a settlement check from the lawsuit. If they are using FHA loans with 3.5% down payment, that means a mortgage payment of about $4,600/month (including PMI, Property Tax, Interest, Insurance. $167k income means take-home pay of around $9,500. So that leaves about $4,500/month to live off of. And if they were able to save up $130k for a down payment, the mortgage payment would drop about $1,000/month.

Yes and I'm surprised they aren't utilized more at races like Red Bud. Even just 8-10 oz throughout the first moto would help with recovery and rehydration for the second moto. This time of year in Texas (not sure if you heard, but it is hot here) I take 10oz with me on my runs and it really helps both during and after.

I have no problems with the penalties but if you have that many red cross/red light jumping violations there is something systemic going on and it should be looked at internally to understand why.
