Similar to the Britten above, this was one of the first bikes I thought of (a Tularis) . The Britten was incredible in terms of the departure from standard engineering practices at the time both in form and material. And most importantly, performance.

I’m sure people will say this is non moto, but I suggest doing some research on the Britten V1000. It’s the ultimate scratch built motorcycle, and it even won at Daytona as well as a New Zealand Superbike championship. I got to see one of the handful ever made at a motorcycle shop in Winchester, VA a few years back. Wish I had my photos still from that day. Incredible machine. When I read the thread title, this was the first motorcycle that came to mind.

I agree, he dropped him, and he's not at their level. My statement, was that I wouldn't count Haidens last 2 laps for comparison, as he likely mailed it in, after realizing he can't match Jett's pace.

Had Deegan beat Prado in moto1 for third (20points) and got second(22points) in moto2 because of Jett's penalty he still wouldn't have gotten second overall. Jett would have ended the day with a first (25points) in moto1 and third (20points) in moto2 due to the penalty, that was still enough to end up second overall.

I would have loved to have the speed to qualify and get lapped!
