I don't get you guys. Leigh sounds perfectly fine to me (Weege is better, but no complaints about Leigh from me) and Will doesn't bother me at all. I've heard better from some of the RDL guests theyve had, but I have no real opinion on her. They both can at least form coherent sentences on the broadcast.

Nope.  This is America.  The great melting pot.  A nation of mutts.  I enjoy the shit out of the different accents and perspectives... especially the riders.

Heck, I'll even go so far as to say that the sport wouldn't be the same without the diversity.

The accent doesn't bother me, it's the yelling. Weege gets excited, too but he doesn't come across as harshly to me.

This is american sx until someone started a world championship in sx, then the american national series with riders from all over the world became a world series according to some people in here.
 

If it’s gonna be a world series, world championship or what ever the people claimed it to be, then the australian accent of some of the promoters can’t be a big deal right?

I disagree with OP, but I think there's the sense that producers think American English isn't sophisticated or quaint enough to be interesting.

I agree with the OP, I want the foreigners out. I watch the races most of the time with my family. they cannot stand will, can’t even understand what she’s saying. But I don’t even really pay attention to the announcing, I’m more focused on the rider position and the camera work, making sure we catch the right battles and if not than I’m pissed
