frame looks great. they know how to make a streetbike frame.
Pumped it's not a KTM frame...
20 episodes later, “”Tune in tomorrow for the cliffhanger of why we decided to go with 10mm bolts instead of 8mm. You’re gonna love it.”
Pretty cool that every frame is completely hand welded. These things are not going to be cheap, that’s for sure!

Anything special on that frame? Looks more like mix of old RM and YZ frames from 2-stroke era?
Yeah your right they do look like they could be cast on the end photo, that would certainly make more sense and be in line with all the other aluminum frames. The footpeg mount area looks like it could have a lot of room for adjustments, large surface area there for just a peg mount.
I'm so sick of marketing dorks thinking they're up to something. What a lame way to intro.
Similar to this 06 yz250f frame it's called semi perimeter
Thats it? Come on guys. What a friggin tease and let down. They always say to under promise and over deliver not over promise and under deliver.
They’re milking the shit out of this
Glad I got myself all excited for this. Just show the bike already. I do like that they hired Bobby Hewitt, always been a fan of that guy.
Shit like this just pisses people off.
Wowwww ....they released a frame.
*teased a frame
Looks to my like it’s just a bunch of old washed up motocrossers that want their attention back…….and then Dave Arnold
I'm not "mad" but come on. I get that they're trying to build anticipation and all, but this is a little silly. If they would have dropped these videos throughout the day, rather than "over the coming weeks" it would have been much more effective IMO.
I picture a marketing executive sitting in a pub somewhere in UK having a beer and a good laugh lol
Pit Row
Exactly, and when the finally release it a lot of people will have lost interest.
I was hoping someone would do a semi-perimeter aluminum frame again. It always seemed like the best design (to my untrained eye) for weight and flex/rigidity.
What they should have done, is invited as many media as possible, to an on-site location, in England. Given them access to the bikes for a limited time, say 2 days, as well as access to bikes from all the other manufacturers, so they could compare them.
Then, they could make as many videos etc as they wanted, testing things like power, suspension, definitely not battery life (because no one cares about that)... obviously all the videos would be embargoed to a certain date. Once those videos have come out, they could have invited the person who ordered the first bike, who may or may not be paid by the company, to also test it before he received the first bike off the line, having visited the factory and not taken any photos of any other bikes being produced.
I think this would be a much better way...
what bikes?
I think I’ve seen this movie
If I don't see a swingarm video in the next month, man, I'm gonna be dissapointed.
Full or half waffle? Tune in next week to find out!
well that was underwhelming at best … what was the bad idea for the release they threw out to settle on this debacle! 🤦♂️
Man, tough crowd. The most interesting thing to me: Dave Arnold is involved. Can't wait to see it all.
One of those pics showed up on Facebook last night for a nano second and was removed. One of these days we will get a real peak.
"OK, so you got a frame..."
Post a reply to: Triumph September, maybe?
