Edit: I’m a size 13 and the 12.5 Sidi fit great. No issues with them being too narrow either.
For the same reason, had a pair of Gaerne SGs and those are definitely wider so not a good match up for my narrow foot.

I don't moto, but I do ADV offroading and recently purchased some Gaerne SG12s....the fit is amazing and they are very comfortable. They already saved my ankle from some serious damage.
Prior to the SG12s, I had some very comfy Alpinestar adventrue boots. Awesome product, loved them, but they offered nothing in the way of ankle protection.
The first boot to try was the SG-12 since my riding buddies swear by them. But they didn't fit my foot, and the boot was swimming on my foot. I have heard the SG-10 was geared toward a narrow foot, but they didn't have them in stock.
My next choice to try on was the Sidi Crossfire 3 SRS, they fit good on my narrow(er) foot, the buckle system is great, and the replaceable sole is a nice touch (I stand a lot and wear down soles).
Then I tried on what I knew was a good fit, the Tech 10. The Tech 10 is comfortable, the buckle system is better over the years, but I can wear down a set of soles in 3 months. I didn't want to go down the path of having to send them back to A Stars or send them off to get Sidi soles on them. Also after trying on the Sidi I felt those fit my foot better than the Tech 10, AND the Sidi had the replaceable sole.
So in the end I bought the Crossfire 3 SRS. I have roughly 600-700 hours on the Sidi's with one sole replacement, and they are holding up great.
Regardless of what people recommend, I would try on every pair of high end boot you can and buy what fits your foot.
Although I would recommend the Sidi Crossfires, I haven't rode since 2019 so, they might have changed a bit.
SG12 just too wide. My foot floats around in them.
Previous Fox Instinct just didn't fit right. I haven't tried the latest.
Tech 7 great fit not great ankle protection. Tech 10 same fit but best ankle protection I have had. Soles wear fine for me. The rubber pads on the inside of the boots will wear out first for me.

Gaerne SG-12s are not wide in the forefoot. Think of them as medium width or "normal".
Sidi Crossfires (TA version) are super wide in he forefoot. I'll say it again: not narrow, WIIIIDE. Wider than SG-12s. Probably the widest of road boot sold.
Crossfire SRS's are fairly narrow. Because they are far more popular than the TAs, people think everything Sidi makes is narrow.
Sidi USA has told me that Crossfire SRS's had a last revision in July 2021, making them wider. I cannot confirm it, but they seem to fit differently than earlier productions.
Gaerne SG-10s and Fastbacks use the same lower plastics and lasts. Different from the hinge up, with upgraded padding inside the SG-10. They are both wide.
Forma Predators and Pilots are both wider than SG-12s. Pilots have some extra vertical height in the foot chamber, which helps people with wide feet.
Sidi Atojo SRSs are not that light, actually. About the same weight as an SG-10.
Tech 10s fit slightly small, smaller than other Alps boots, including the Tech 7.
For Gaerne / Sidi / Forma / Alpinestars, ignoring US size and comparing EU size instead is the best way to get your sizing correct.

. Best boots ever. I went through various other types of boots for many years, loved a lot of Alpinestars, but the soles wore out ridiculously quickly, pretty much junking them out.
The SIDI SRS system made that issue a distant memory. I pay no attention to any other boots these days...
A buddy bought some SG12’s…loved them…but he didn’t even get 100 hours out of them (less than a season of riding) and the soles were shot and he had replace the entire boot…a near $600 boot didn’t last more than a season….meanwhile, I’ve probably got 400 hours on my crossfire 2’s and I’m in my fourth set of soles on them…the boots still work awesome! (I did have to replace a buckle…but that’s another beautiful thing…I can actually buy replacement buckles…so that broken buckle didn’t ruin the boot either).
