Stephane Roncada should be up there. Never won a 250 sx when he had the speed to do it. Maybe '01 or '02 season he could've snuck one in but never did.

Wow, looking back through - Bret Metcalfe would have won this handily, but that crazy Southwick 2011 hurricane race he won! I can't believe 10 years later I'm now recognizing that someone besides RV, RD or Reed won an outdoor overall in 2011.
Could have easily been Metty with 27 podiums, but got that one crazy Southwark win by going 2-3. 2011 was an awesome year for racing.

I know we decided regional sx race wins count.
So this rider doesn't count.

Did Barry Carsten ever notch a win? He raced for a lot of years, but I am not sure if he ever made it to the top step. Seemed like a real good dude overall.
