I'd like to give Sexton's and Prado's Kawas to Dazzy and Jett. I fucking bet my nut sack that they would have found the sweet spot. All these bikes are so close in technology that the final piece of the puzzle falls on the rider to tweak and milk those final 0.1 tenths here and there. This is what makes Dazzy and the brothers so good. They have figured out how to unlock those important 10ths here and there around Sx and Nat tracks. Sexton is fucked. He doesn't have that mindset and expertise that Dazzy brings to Honda.

The crazy part of this is that Chase complains he can't get the bike to turn, when to us mortals, the 24-26 is a much better cornering bike.

I would. I’ve fired up cars that we dug out of the weeds that sat for 40 years and were 25 years old when parked. And they fire up more than you’d believe with a fresh battery, and a splash of gas. 07 ain’t that long.

Intake was a big issue for them. I opened up the intakes on them and 125s and it fixed jetting issues and power issues. The neck of the intake was just too skinny. When I built my 125 into a 150 on e85. It was one of the funnest bikes ever and would hit ruts without wanting to walk out. Loved those year CRs.

My highly opinionated self thinks that's the best 2T ever made.

If Sexton stays at Kawi, it’ll just be what it is. He’ll collect a paycheck and fulfill his contract. He’s still a racer and will compete. Hopefully he’ll get a breakthrough on bike setup.

Not sure where Mark will be, seems ISRT Kawi still shows him on the team. He had some massive standout performances like the P5 moto at Unadilla, just coming off the couch a few weeks earlier. He's maybe 20-21 and is a racers racer at heart.

Sexton has been posting pictures from back home in Illinois at fair races and the track he grew up on and riding bicycle down country roads surrounded by corn that needs to be picked..... don't care what anyone says or where he ends up he's a real one and I'm always going to root for that guy.

Yeah it's one of the better tracking and turning bikes I've ever ridden. The issue the motor. It has to be revved to higher than normal 450 rpm's to hit the power levels you need. This in turn impacts the chassis. This is also why it's a more noticeable issue outdoors than indoors.
