So what's up with Deegan saying Best ran it into him in the 1st turn? I went back and watched it twice and there was nothing dirty about it.

After Best stalled it Deegan did something with his hand as he went by. Not sure if he gave him the bird or what.

Deegan said he "ran him dirty" in the first left-hander, the fast sweeper. Best ran him close up the inside while Deegan was in the outside rut. Those two are amazing riders, hopefully they battle for years to come.

You are right.

We can't really see though, from that camera angle we don't see if there has been a contact or line stealing or wide bike. Anyway it was close from the start, I would not say dirty but heck I was not on the bike either.

Both raced great, that is just what I saw.

Nothing against the kid himself...but for papa Deegan to let him use that name is to invite someone to show him a little "danger" of their own, with a well executed punt.

I don't think he calls himself Danger Boy. It's just a fun moniker his dad had fun with.

Definitely believe the hype. He's a phenomenal athlete. His ability to pick things up quickly on skateboards, scooters, etc. is no joke.

It's interesting to see him grow up and interact with all his little fans. He might be the most famous rider in the world in a few years and I'd say he's going to handle his fame really well. He's got a ton of confidence and swagger and might get shit for it but I think he's mature well beyond his years.

There will always be haters but his dad has done a great job and Haiden is ready to fulfill his promise.

That’s what I was thinking.. deegan has a go pro on for everything for the YouTube/social media. We need to see the contact if there was any!
