Rekluse Torq drive on a 14 crf450...the vortex was up there as well too. torq drive systems are top notch. superior to hinson imo...

fastway lowered pegs on my 18 yz450 and fasst flexx handlebars! made my bike so much more comfortable to ride and helped me grip it much better with my legs with the lowered pegs. im 6'3" and it made a huge difference!

Not sure if handlebars can be considered a mod, but I have KX High protaper bars that I’ve had since 2006. I move them from bike to bike. They are the perfect height/shape so I never get blisters and rarely get arm pump. Plus they seems to be indestructible!

Ill start. Sorry for being lame here but im gonna say new rubber. I had a 05 yz250 and threw a new set of pirelli scorpions on it and I know ALL new tires are great and all but this bike was seemingly velcro'd to the ground. Any lean angle, any amount of throttle it would hook. Your turn
That's actually not a "modification" it is just routine maintenance, but in my case it was improving the suspension, however, this was on 1980 and earlier bikes.

Cone valves for sure if you're on a 4CS era KTM. Steering dampeners are a must if you race desert too...

450 auto decompress cam mod to my old YZ426. It wasn’t supposed to work but it did, for me and many others.

Aside from the many mentions of jetting and suspension, my fave is having this radial mount, four piston, Magura front caliper on my CRF450. Now this is a fugging STRONG front brake!!! Actually, most would call it overkill, but
I really love the light touch. Full details in this thread:
