Nah. Nice try -- heh-heh. Nothing against Maico, but in my world Maicos ended with the 1981 models, and with the beginning of the single shock platform in '82.

Q: Any life-of-the-party kings on here named Larry that are known for drinking copious amounts of alcohol when not riding?

A neighborhood buddy was with our family riding one day and him and I were watching my two brothers and bunch of other buddies ride. My one brother passed a hand full of guys going down a steep hill and said "hes going fast like a speedy mendeavel" (min dee vul). I think he used parts of speedy gonzalez and tasmanian devil...but it wasn't intentional...he wasn't very bright. either way it was different so I used it for an ebay name and then a few forum names since then.

Been awhile for this. There's lots of good new members and some trolls too. Tell us how you picked your Vital name. Please read the OP for context.

I sort of regret my user name but at the same time it's just who I am on Vital so I'll keep it!

The summer before I signed up as a member on here ( 2010 ) I could NOT keep it on two wheels. I crashed all the time. I remember my bro and I went out to a track about an hour away from here twice just for practise and both times , twice in a row, my day was over from a dumb crash. That year I cased a big double in my first ever Vet Jr race and actually seen some black for a couple minutes before the medics had my helmet off me. Not cool.

Since I crashed so much I just decided to poke some fun at it and went this this name when I signed up here.

I am NOT at all superstitious, but it did occur to me that keeping this username might be a bad move going forward , but there's been plenty of years since that I've had amazing riding seasons and good moto finishes, so the name will stay! Cool

Funny, I never picked up on that. Just thought you were Eastern European transplant with a name that I had a hard time pronouncing, lol!

Bronapper, you don't know the half of it with peelbro. Rumor has it that he was down here in Florida at Clark's Fishcamp when he was spotted walking out of the bar with a bikini clad babe in each arm. As they strolled down the dock, peely punched a gator that was in their way.

My nickname back in the day from racing two stroke go karts and motorcycles. Won a national championship road racing two stroke motorcycles (Benelli). Started a motorcycle business with the name Two Stroke's Cycle Service. It just seemed like the proper name to use.

Chuck Norris won't even look at Peely's table when we're all chillin in the corner of the club. Peely doesn't always drink beer; but, when he does? He drinks Pacifico...'cause it's like that.

Btw...greetings from Baja

Ledger was my middle name and was my grandfathers name. He raised me and was the best person I have ever known. After my 24 year's of marriage ended, I asked the judge if I could change my first name to Ledger.Permission granted.

Wrongnoterandy, trainwreckrandy and, homewreckerrandy would have all, sadly, applied at various times during my musical endeavors. I've been called all of those things. Mostly behind my back and, seldom in an endearing fashion. Some of my 'friends',,, call me rocketrandy. I think they're really making fun of me....

Besides the dirt bikes I also had a gsxr600. Figured I'd get hazed about it and thought it'd be a good time.
