Birth Date: September 12, 1994 (age 27)
Jeffrey Herlings is a professional Motocross rider from the Netherlands. He turned pro in 2010 and has raced the MXGP World Championship his entire career. He went on to win his first MX2 title in 2012 and successfully defend his MX2 title in 2013. Then in 2014, he had a large points lead in the MX2 championshop before he broke his femur at a charity race. He lost the title as a result of the injury, and he had to spend the entire off season healing up. He came into the 2015 season under prepared due to the injury, but he was able to stretch out a large points lead before getting injured and being forced out of the championship once again. In 2016, he returned to the MX2 class with Red Bull KTM with hopes of re-claiming the title. He won the title, and immediately announced that he would move up to the MXGP class in 2017 with Red Bull KTM.
