Justin said in a post race interview on the weekend that he is set to train at Aldon's Baker Factory for the next season.
He is all in and betting on himself, yet again.
Barcia has always performed exceedingly well in contract years. Expect JB51 will be on the gas next year.
Team Rockstar wearing TLD in '25, and some role with TLD Ducati in '26 is my guess.
So...if Mookie signs with, or has already signed with Rockstar Husky will he continue in Seven gear or switch to TLD stuff?
The 450 guys are able to wear whatever they want. Couldn't imagine Mookie in anything but Seven.
Barcia has been pro and pretty much a factory rider since 2009. Next year will be 16 years. I doubt his future is “ grim”.

He had a rough year with injuries and wasn’t he having to run certain forks he didn’t like? People forget that he was on it in ‘23, won a race, and had speed. I don’t think he’s lost it or faded back to a 10-12 guy, just had a shit year.

Jett and Hunter are the only two guys on that list who weren't on 450s when JB was running consistent top 5s, and Eli, Coop, Kenny & AP are all in the same relative age bracket give or take a few years. Like Ohh said above, he had a shit year last year, but he's capable of running with the big boys. Wins will be hard to come by, but top 5 - 7 with an occasional podium if the stars align is doable.
Yes, he will be on GasGas next year. His contract ends at the end of next year. So, like I stated previously.... He performs exceedingly well in contract years... 2025 is a contract year for Barcia. He does NOT have a contract for 2026... That means he will perform well next year. Does that make more sense?

I don't think Husky and Gas Gas would be out of the same truck. I remember reading somewhere that the KTM group would re-brand the Husky hospitality truck as Gas Gas. Three in the Husky truck, two in the Gas Gas truck all with Rockstar energy.

Gas Gas could go to ClubMX for their 250 program, as Bar X is now equipped with Yamaha YZ250F's and very similar engine setup (twisted)
Gas Gas could combine with Husky as Rockstar and be under one tent - this seems the most likely and the most easily accommodated move.
TLD will sit this year out, in anticipation of being the new home for Ducati in 2026.
